山东省果蔬类农产品现代物流配送体系研究

摘要
近年来物流业在我国发展非常迅速,但是在制造业和商贸物流发展的同时,农业物流发展缓慢,这已经成为制约全民经济发展的瓶颈问题。2004年以来,随着中央对农业问题的逐渐重视,农业物流尤其是农产品物流的发展问题逐步提上日程,本课题正是在这种背景下选取的。
本文首先回顾了物流理论的发展历史,并分析了当前国内外物流业发展的整体状况及发展趋势,然后重点分析了我国农产品物流的发展状况、存在问题及造成的原因。然后通过对国外农产品物流的典型模式分析,以及这些国家的农产品物流模式在我国的适应性,找到可以借鉴的经验。
在这些分析的基础上,本文重点对山东省当前主要的果蔬类农产品物流模式进行分析,在对三种典型模式进行分析对比后,找出我省果蔬类农产品物流配送体系现存的问题。利用当前的物流先进技术,与国外先进模式的经验加以结合,建立起适合我省实际情况的果蔬类农产品现代物流配送体系:
1、在各个乡镇一级的行政单位分别建立一级FDC,其主要功能是:短期仓储、果蔬的拣选和包装、集中运输。
2、在各个市县一级的行政单位分别建立二级FDC,其主要职能就是:短期仓储、果蔬流通加工、中转运输。
3、各个地市以行政区域为基础建立RDC,主要职能有:仓储、冷藏、分拣、配送及长途运输。
4、以寿光为中心,建立特大型RDC,以农产品的加工出口为主,主要职能有:仓储、冷藏、加工、配送、长途运输。
农产品经过一级FDC、二级FDC逐步集货,然后经过RDC进行物流配送,最终到达客户手中。
本文最后,对农产品供应的组织方式,运输方式的选择和信息平台的功能内容进行了设计,并提出了物流配送体系建设中应注意的问题。
The logistics industry develops in our country in recent years very quickly. But with the development of manufacturing industry and company logistics, the agriculture logistics develops very slowly. It has become to be a bottleneck problem of economic development. Since 2004, along with the attention that government paid to agriculture problems gradually, the agriculture logistics especially the agricultural product logistics is brought into schedule gradually. This subject is selected under this kind of background.This thesis looks back the theoretical development in logistics history first and analyzes the condition and development trends of the current domestic and international logistics industry development. After that it analyzes the development condition of the agricultural product logistics in our country and the existing problems and the reasons that result in. Then by analyzing the typical model mode of the abroad agricultural product logistics and the adaptability of these agricultural products logistics mode in our country, we could find out the experience drawn from them.On the basis of these analyses, this thesis analyzes the current main fruit agricultural product logistics mode in Shandong province especially. After comparing three kinds of typical modes, we can find out the problems of the fruit agricultural product logistics distribution system in our province. We can make use of the advanced technique of current logistics and combine the experience of the advanced mode in abroad to establish a new fruit agricultural product logistics distribution system that suitable for the condition of our province.1. Establish a first class FDC in each administrative unit of villages. Their main functions are short-term storage, selecting and packing, concentrated transportation.2. Establish a second class FDC in each administrative unit of towns. Their main functions are short-term storage, circulation and process and transfers.3. Establish RDC in each administrative unit of cities. Their main functions are storage, refrigerating, selecting, distribution and long distance transportation.4. Establish a super-huge RDC centered by Shouguang mainly in processing and exporting of agricultural product. Its main function is storage, refrigerating, processing, distribution and long distance transportation.
After the first class FDC and the second class FDC the agricultural products centralize gradually, and then distributed through RDC, finally arrive at the customers.Finally, this thesis designs the organization method of agricultural product supply, the choice of the transportation method and the functional content of the information platform. Then it puts forward the problems that should be minded in the construction of logistics distribution system.
