产品包装编码自动识别的研究与开发

摘要
产品包装编码自动识别的研究和开发是为了配合企业管理智能化、自动化的发展而提出来的新课题。本文在研究了目前有代表性的字符识别方法及图象处理技术的基础上,设计并实现了将图象处理技术应用于化工企业管理智能化领域的产品包装编码自动识别系统。主要研究内容是产品包装编码定位和编码字符识别。
     产品包装图象的预处理是产品编码定位与识别前最关键的一步。本文在对大量图象处理方法进行深入研究、反复测试的基础上,采用了将图象灰度化、二值化、闭合运算相结合的方法,很好的消除了图象的噪音,强化纹理区域;提出了一种较为实用的基于纹理的综合定位方法,并且从理论上分析了分形维数作为纹理分割参数的可行性,同时通过实验得以证明;提出了基于字符轮廓的定向校正法,通过搜索产品包装字符的顶点实现了产品包装编码的倾斜校正;提出了基于投影直方图的字符切割方法,准确地找到字符的切分点;采用多分类器融合的方法很好的实现了字符的识别。
     利用VB语言设计出了一个基于Windows平台的产品编码定位与识别系统,系统具有良好的交互性,用户界面友好。
The research and development of product package character recognition is proposed to adapt with the intelligentizing and automatization of business administration. Many typical character recognition methods and much image processing technology are studied. Based on this, the product package character recognition system is designed and fulfilled which is another application of image processing technology. The main content of the system is the location of product package character and character recognition.
    A very important step before location and recognition is the pre-processing of the product package image. After deeply studying and repeat testing on many image processing methods, a very efficient way, combining diagonal difference and closing processing, is used which can strengthen texture and diminish noise. A practical and synthetical location method based on texture is brought out. The feasibility of using fractal box dimension as a parameter for texture extraction is analyzed and proved. An orientation adjustment means on the basis of character contour is presented. And the incline of image is corrected according to the slope of vertexes of each character. The cut way of character based on projection histogram is brought forward and then the exact cutting points of each character are found. Several simple recognizers are combined together to utilize the peculiarity of each one and the recognition result shows that it is pretty good.
    The location and recognition system of product package character is designed
    
    
    using Visual Basic 6.0 based on Windows plate. It's a good interactive system. And the user interface is friendly.
