区域公路网OD调查中若干技术问题研究

摘要
本论文首先对区域公路网OD调查工作的基础理论进行了分析，在此基础上，对公路网OD调查前期工作和数据处理工作中的几个关键技术问题分别进行了研究，提出了基于模糊聚类分析法的交通小区划分方法和区域边界布点法的OD调查点布设方法。针对以往在确定各调查点OD调查时间中存在的主观随意性，结合公路网OD调查工作的实际，本文提出了一种通过对路段交通特性和道路特性进行综合评价进而定量的确定OD调查时间的方法。以上方法均结合河北省OD公路网调查实际进行了实例验证，取得了满意的效果。结合区域边界布点法的思路，本文提出了一种基于区域边界布点法的OD表合成方法，随后，针对我国公路网OD调查工作的实际需要，提出了分时段OD表的合成问题，并研究了一种经济实用的解决方法。最后，运用管理经济学中的全面质量管理理论，对区域公路网OD调查工作的全面质量管理体系进行了研究。
On the basis of the basic theory study of Road-network OD Survey, this paper made a deep research into the key technic problems of the former stage and data disposal stage of region Road-network OD Survey, including: the traffic zone division method based on the Fuzzy Clustering Analysis, the zone borderline setting method of OD survey spots. In the light of the subjectivity in former methods of OD survey time confirming, according to the feature of Road-network OD Survey, this paper put forward a new method that can objectively confirm the OD survey time through comprehensively analyzing the road traffic feature and the road physical feature. These above methods have been applied into the Road-network OD Survey practice of HeBei province and got satisfactory results. According to the thought of zone borderline setting method, this paper put forward an OD table merging method based on the zone borderline setting method. Aiming to meet the practical need of Road-network OD Survey in our country, the problem of merging different time OD tables was put forward, and a economical solving method of this problem was subsequently worked out. In the end, the TQM (Totle Quality Management) system of region Road-network OD Survey was formed out through applying the relative theory of Management Economy theory.
