深水海底管道维修系统工程应用研究

摘要
伴随深水油气勘探和开采的发展,促使输送油气的深水海底管道的快速发展。海底管道管内受油气载荷、腐蚀等影响,管外受风暴、波浪、潮流引起的附加载荷以及海水腐蚀、砂流的磨蚀、地震或寒冷地区冰流的侵袭等影响而损坏管道;或安装管道中,出现变形等损坏,将因其而停输、停产带来巨大的经济损失,促使了深水海底管道维修系统(Deepwater Pipeline Repair System,简称DPRS)的研究与发展。
     DPRS作为国内外公认的具有发展前途的海管维修产业,以其技术含量高、经济效益好、渗透能力强、市场前景广等特点为世人瞩目。目前,国外很多公司组成深水海底管道维修联盟,单独或共同拥有一套DPRS。我国暂无深水海底管道,故国内对DPRS的研究比较薄弱。
     近年来,为满足国内蓬勃发展的能源需求,中国海洋石油总公司(中海油)作为我国海洋石油开发的主力,在广阔市场的推动下,确定了“渤海3000万吨,南海5000万吨”政策导向,在大力开发海洋石油,并逐步从浅水走向深水。海底管道维修已形成了一定的产业基础,尤其在经过近几年的浅水和较深水的海底管道维修的实践,中海油在技术创新、自主研发、成果转化和竞争能力等方面有了长足进展,而此时研究DPRS无疑为日后中海油开发引进深水海底管道维修系统以及进军深水领域的发展有一定的借鉴意义。
     本文系统的介绍了DPRS的研究和应用状况、维修方式及维修程序等,同时对海油工程现有海底管道维修能力进行了总结,应该说,目前已经具备了开展深水海底管道维修系统工程应用的条件和能力。最后展望了中海油引进开发DPRS的前景,为日后我国海洋石油进军深水,特别是深水海底管道维修领域打下基础贡献力量。
With the development of deepwater oil & gas exploration and production, deepwater pipelines, which are mainly used to transport oil & gas, are developed. However, due to the load in diameter, additional load by storm, wave and tide, errosion by seawater, abrasion by soilds, earthquake and attack by ice, etc, they will damage the pipelines. The damage will lead huge economic lost, and then Deepwater Pipeline Repair System (DPRS) is made to be researched and developed.
     As a pipeline maintain industry provided with developmental foreground which has been recognized by all over the world. DPRS is focus attention by the world because of high-tech,good benefit,strong penetrability and wide marketability.For the moment many corporations possess of DPRS together to cartelize on pipeline maintain.there is no deepwater pipeline in China so inland research is infrequent.
     In recent years with the development of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, pipeline maintain has formed foundation with the support of good policy and marketability.And made a big progress on tech innovation, self-exploiture, production transform,competition.Thus, this research on DPRS is helpful to introduce DPRS into China and CNOOC enter into deepwater field.
     This paper introduces the research, application, maintain methods and procedure on DPRS. And summarizes the ability of pipeline maintain. At last prospects the foreground of introducing DPRS and makes foundation for CNOOC to enter into deepwater field, especially deepwater pipeline maintain later.
