PIM卡发行管理方案研究

摘要
目前,移动话音业务和数据业务发展迅速,由早期只能进行语音通话的模拟制式到第二代的GSM,TDMA再到今天的3G,各种移动终端卡层出不穷,例如中国移动的SIM卡,中国联通的SIM卡以及电信的PIM卡。由于各个运营商的业务推广,用户数大大提升,对各种卡的有效管理成为必须。为了保证卡的生产、发行、管理业务链完整、规范、有效控制成本,运营商确定建立移动终端卡管理系统,本论文以PIM卡为管理对象,设计了PIM卡管理系统,该管理系统的管理模式同样适用与其它移动终端卡的管理。
论文首先阐述了运营商对移动终端卡进行有效管理的重要性,从而提出了开发该系统的课题。论文在深入了解系统的功能需求、安全性需求以及系统业务流和数据流的基础上,开始了系统的方案设计,提出了基于B/S结构的二级平台、三级应用的系统设计方案,重点包括系统的体系结构、功能设计和系统的接口设计。同时论文阐述了针对系统的方案设计涉及的关键技术的原理和实现。论文重点研究了数据传输方式、数据迁移技术、数据同步方法和针对安全性考虑的数据加密技术和身份认证技术,提出了采用动态口令进行身份认证。PIM卡管理系统有效管理了PIM卡的生产、发行,是开展PIM卡业务的有效支撑平台,同时本论文的卡管理模式也能够有效管理其它移动终端卡。
At present, the mobile business has developed rapidly, from the early simulation of standard which can only go on the call to the second generation of GSM, TDMA and to today's 3G, a variety of card terminals, such as China Mobile SIM card, China Unicom, as well as the SIM card and the Telecom PIM card. Because of the various operators of business promotion, greatly increased the number of users on the effective management of a variety of cards becomes a necessity. or the sake of production, issue, full management of the cards, control of costs effectively operators set up to identify mobile terminal card management system, this paper set PIM card for the management of objects, designed the PIM card management system, this management system also applies to other mobile terminals and card management.
The paper firstly elaborates the importance of the PHS Handset and Card Separation in order to develop the PHS services, studies the construction background and the market signification of the PIM card system, then puts forward the task of development of the system. The paper then introduces the overall design of the PIM card management system, key technology of system implementation and detailed design of the system, including network infrastructure of the system, system flow of work, interface design of the system and the functional design of the system. On the basis of comprehend the system functional requirements, security needs and system operational flow and data flow,the paper begin the tentative design,put forward the systematic program design based on B/S structure of the two platforms, the three-tier application, focus on system architecture, functional design and system interface design.At the same time, the paper elaborates of the principle and realization of the key technology for the design.The Paper focuses on data transmission, data migration technology, data synchronization methods and considerations for security data encryption and authentication technology, put forward the OTP for authentication. PIM Card Management System effectively manages the PIM card production, distribution. It's an effective supporting platform for carrying out the PHS business. At the same time it can also effectively manage other mobile terminal card.
论文首先阐述了运营商对移动终端卡进行有效管理的重要性,从而提出了开发该系统的课题。论文在深入了解系统的功能需求、安全性需求以及系统业务流和数据流的基础上,开始了系统的方案设计,提出了基于B/S结构的二级平台、三级应用的系统设计方案,重点包括系统的体系结构、功能设计和系统的接口设计。同时论文阐述了针对系统的方案设计涉及的关键技术的原理和实现。论文重点研究了数据传输方式、数据迁移技术、数据同步方法和针对安全性考虑的数据加密技术和身份认证技术,提出了采用动态口令进行身份认证。PIM卡管理系统有效管理了PIM卡的生产、发行,是开展PIM卡业务的有效支撑平台,同时本论文的卡管理模式也能够有效管理其它移动终端卡。
