用于在线检测测控条的检测研究

摘要
印刷品质量是一个印刷企业得以在这个市场生存的根本保证,在现代便捷的数字化生产流程下如何快速进行质量管理成为一个必须解决的问题。传统印刷中,通常利用人工来检测印刷品质量问题,由于受主观因素的影响,不能保质保量地完成检测任务。随着计算机软、硬件的发展,在线检测方法已经变得实际可行。
     为了提高印刷品质量检测的速度与效率,本课题对印刷品在线检测系统进行了探讨研究,并设计出基于CCD相机的印刷品质量检测的软件平台,以期推动在线检测系统在国内印刷企业中的应用。
     本文首先通过CCD相机快速拍摄标准色标,利用软件读取得到图像上色块的RGB值,以及仪器测量得到的三刺激值XYZ,建立两者之间的转换关系,然后通过实验得到色度值与密度值之间的转换公式,在此基础上,通过自编的PostScript测控条建立基于测控条的质量检测系统,并通过实验验证了在线检测系统的实用性。
     本文从理论研究出发,利用Delphi 7作为软件平台,设计并建立了一个基于PS测控条的印刷品质量检测系统,并实现了对印刷品质量控制的目的。
     通过本课题的研究,分析了建立在线检测系统的技术路径,对印刷品质量进行监控,从而体现出在线检测方法的优越性,推动了在线检测的广泛应用。
The printing quality is the fundamental guarantee to survive in this market for a printing company. How to quickly control the printing quality in the modern convenient digital workflow becomes a problem that must be resolved. The traditional methods which detect the quality of the presswork with human eyes can not complete the detecting job well because of the influence of subjective factors. With the development of computer hardware and software, on-line detection methods have become practical.
     In order to improve the speed and efficiency of the printing quality detection, this subject researches the printing online detection system, and designs the printing detection software based on the CCD camera, and looks forward to promoting the application of the online detection system in the domestic printing enterprises.
     This paper takes a photograph of the standard color code with the CCD camera, and gets the RGB values of each patch using image software, at the same time, it gets the tristimulus values XYZ using the equipment, and establishes the conversion chart between them. Then it gets the conversion formula between the chromatic value and the density value by experiments. On this basis, it builds the printing quality control system with the PostScript test target which was self-designed, and validates the usefulness of online detection system by experiments.
     Base on the research of the theories, this paper uses Delphi 7 as a software platform, and designs the printing quality control system based on PS test target, and implements the purpose of controlling the presswork.
     Through the research of the subject, it analyses the technical path of building the online detection system, and monitors the quality of the printing, in order to reflect the superiority of online detection system, and promote the wide application.
