OLAP技术在电能质量数据分析中的应用

摘要
本课题从电能质量决策者的数据分析需求出发,针对传统的查询分析方式在电能质量数据分析过程中的局限性,提出了基于OLAP技术的电能质量智能信息系统多维分析解决方案,以更加全面、细致、迅速的分析电能质量数据。电能质量智能信息系统是用于区域电网电能质量监控的软件系统,对采集的电能质量数据进行智能计算并向用户提供了Web查询接口,但随着信息社会的不断发展以及历史数据的增长,现有的查询分析方式已经逐渐表现出一些弊端,这种弊端在暂降分析模块和综合评估模块中体现的尤为明显,亟需使用OLAP技术实现多维数据分析。
     根据暂降分析模块和综合评估模块的多维分析需求,本课题设计并实现了B/S结构的电能质量“多维分析子系统”,该子系统为用户提供多角度、多层次、高效率的数据分析方式,极大的改善了分析数据时的用户体验,并有效的辅助了电能质量分析决策。在该子系统的实现过程中对暂降分析和综合评估模块中涉及的电能质量数据进行了合理的星型模型和雪花模型设计,在SQL Server Analysis Services中设计了暂降分析和综合评估相关的多维数据集,并使用Dundas OLAP Service实现了丰富的客户端多维展示。
To meet the data analysis needs of decision makers and point to the limitation of the traditional analysis methods in the power quality data analysis process, this article proposes an OLAP-based Multi-dimensional analysis solution for power quality intelligent information system,that can analysis power quality data more overall,more detailedly, and more rapidly. Power Quality Intelligent Information System is a software used to monitor power quality of regional power grid.It can compute the collected power quality data intelligently and provide web query interface for users. But, with the development of information society and the growth of historical data, the existing data analysis method has been gradually showed some drawbacks, that especially reflected in Sag analysis and Comprehensive assessment modules, so it's urgent to use OLAP technology to achieve Multi-dimensional data analysis.
     According to the Multi-dimensional analysis demand of Sag analysis module and Comprehensive assessment module, this article designs and achieves a Power Quality Multi-dimensional Analysis Subsystem of B/S structure. This subsystem provides users with a multi-angle, multi-level and efficient way to analysis data.Besides, it greatly improves the user's experience in the analysis of data and is efficiently helpful for power quality analysis and decision. In the implementation process of the subsystem, this article rationally designs the star schema and snowflake schema for the power quality data about Sag analysis module and Comprehensive assessment module, designs Multi-dimensional Cube for Sag analysis and Comprehensive assessment with SQL Server Analysis Services, and achieves a rich Multi-dimensional client display with Dundas OLAP Service.
