天津天铁公司办公楼建设项目质量管理研究
摘要
本文从国内外建设项目质量管理现状出发，分析质量管理的基本概念和基本理论，重点阐述了建设施工项目质量控制的重要作用，并运用实际工程加以说明。对于提升我国建筑行业质量管理的研究作出了一定贡献。本文主要共分五部分组成，第一部分绪论主要阐述了研究背景、国内外建设项目质量管理的研究现状及建筑项目质量管理的意义，通过对相关文献及著作的阅读，对建筑类施工项目质量管理研究的必要性和整体性有了一定的了解和把握，明了了研究的目的，确定了相关的研究方法，研究体系和研究思路。第二部分主要是建设项目质量管理研究，该部分综合阐述了项目质量管理、建设项目质量管理体系及建设项目质量管理的主要思想和方法，并结合天津天铁办公楼建设项目的实际情况，对天铁办公楼建设项目进行了相关的分析，调查和研究。第三部分主要是天铁办公楼项目质量问题分析，通过实证研究阐述了该项目的现状、该项目存在的问题、项目质量因素的设别与分析，然后结合分析结果，结合之前所搜寻的文献和相关著作，确立了天铁办公楼的质量管理方法。第四部分天铁办公楼项目质量控制主要通过控制目标的确定及控制方法的研究对天铁办公楼项目质量进行了控制及优化,全面解决了天铁办公楼质量管理的问题，提升了项目的质量。结论部分通过对天津天铁办公楼项目最终实施效果的统计分析，证明管理体系在项目当中的有效运行，并达到了最终的质量目标，节约了成本，提升了项目质量，为以后类似工程的施工质量管理提供可借鉴的经验。
Tianjin Tiantie company office building construction project quality managementresearch As a basis for competition and existence of enterprises in market, QualityControl is a significant part in project management and arouses attentions amongmangers as the development goes on. Although, currently,a number of domesticconstruction enterprises have passed the ISO9000review and certification,construction quality varies in each enterprise which is due to that the review andcertification occur in different time, the system operation duration differs inenterprises and the attention leader pays is different in degree. It is one of the jobsthat the enterprise continues to seek, to effectively control and improve constructionquality and market competitiveness under the current business pattern. The qualityof construction projects not only concerns the applicability and investment results ofthe project but also to people’sn lives and property. Since reform and opening, alongwith the vigorous development of China's economy, the rapid development ofconstruction industry in the national economy played a more and more importantrole.With the continuous deepening and development of reform and opening up,construction quality and service quality has been the focus.The merits of the qualityof building construction project, had a direct impact on the applicability ofconstruction projects and at the same time on people's lives,property, security andsocial stability. Because the process of poor quality projects, bringing the projectquality accident or potential hazards, the consequences are very serious. Therefore, inthe construction process, construction project management, the primary task is toimplement total quality management to ensure that countries and peoples lives andproperty.My article start from the status of the quality management of construction projects at home and abroad, analyzes the basic concepts of quality management andthe basic theory, concentrate on the importance of the quality management ofconstruction projects and illustrate the use of practical projects. This article is dividedinto five parts, the first chapter introduction describes the main researchbackground,the status of research on the quality management of construction projectshome and aboard,the meaning of the quality management of construction projects.Thesecond chapter Construction Project Quality Management describes the projectquality management, construction project quality management system and qualitymanagement of construction projects.Chapter three the analysis of quality problem ofTiantie office building project describes the status of the project, the problems of theproject, project quality and analysis of other design factors. Chapter four qualitymanagement of Tiantie office building project control and optimize the quality of theproject by determing the objectives ande the research of controling method.Chapterfive conclusion use the implementation of the final results of the statistical analysis toprove that the Ministry in the project management system operates effectively andachieve the ultimate quality goals for the future construction of similar projects canlearn from the quality of management experience.
