集束穿甲弹炮口分离技术研究

摘要
集束穿甲弹是一种新型高炮防空弹药,其一发多芯结构能够有效的提高命中概率。本文针对集束穿甲弹的脱壳过程进行了分析,设计了合理的内外弹托结构使得内外弹托与弹芯能够顺利脱开。集束弹的发射强度问题与普通穿甲弹的发射强度问题有所不同,本文对集束弹在膛内的发射强度进行了数值分析,得到了其应力分布规律。
     对弹在不同速度下的流场分布进行了分析,得到了流场分布规律和弹前腔的压力分布规律。计算了火药后效期弹底压力,在此基础上对弹的脱壳过程进行了模拟,讨论了在不同内外弹托结构下、不同外弹托前腔尺寸下外弹托分离时对弹芯的机械干扰,得到了合理的内外弹托结构尺寸使得外弹托分离时对弹芯的不良机械干扰降到了最小。
Cluster AP is a new antiaircraft gun ammunition, which can greatly increase the hit probability. This paper mainly carries research on the cluster ap's discarding process. Designed the reasonable sabot structure makes the sabot discarding successfully. The problem of Cluster AP's strength is different from normal AP's strength when the projectile is fired. This paper takes the analysis on the strength of cluster's ap and get it's stress distributing law.
     The flow field distribution of projectile in different velocity is analyzed, get the flow field regularity of distribution and the stress distribution of front cavity. Calculate the gunpowder aftereffect period press of bottom of projectile. Based on these date, we take the numerical simulation on the parting movement, discussing how much mechanical jamming the rod have when the outside sabot separating with different outside and inside sabot structure and different front cavity size. With the reasonable outside and inside sabot and size, the harmful mechanical jamming is lowest in the discarding process.
