辽宁沿海经济带区域产业结构优化研究

摘要
区域经济的发展必然伴随着产业结构的不断优化,作为国家战略区域的辽宁沿海经济带,要通过区域产业结构优化这一必要途径实现经济腾飞,以辐射和带动全省以及整个东北腹地的经济发展。本文在分析辽宁沿海经济带产业现状的基础上,运用产业结构优化值的数学评价方法,探讨了辽宁沿海经济带区域产业结构中存在的问题,提出了辽宁沿海经济带区域产业结构优化的对策。论文主要包括以下几个部分:
第一部分是引言部分。提出了本文的研究背景及意义,系统梳理了有关区域产业结构的国内外研究成果,明确了本文的研究方法和框架。
第二部分是区域产业结构优化的基础理论部分。首先对区域产业结构的相关概念进行了阐述,然后将区域经济学和经济地理学相结合作为本文进行区域产业结构优化研究的理论基础。
第三部分是产业现状分析。分别从区域的总体概况、区域内部差异以及三次产业这三个尺度,运用相关统计数据,分析了辽宁沿海经济带的产业现状,初步概括出各市和各产业的总体特征。
第四部分是产业结构评价。运用灰关联度求算产业结构优化评价值的数学方法,对辽宁沿海经济带十年来的三次产业产值数据进行运算。发现了辽宁沿海经济带的产业结构优化值是在波动中提升的,目前处于“二、三、一”的产业结构模式,第二产业尤其是工业对于区域产业结构的影响最为明显。2005年以来,辽宁沿海经济带区域产业结构优化发展趋势良好。
第五部分是优化对策。通过前面的分析和评价,挖掘出辽宁沿海经济带产业结构中存在的深层次问题,从三次产业和区域协调发展的角度为辽宁沿海经济带的产业结构优化提出了解决方案和发展思路。
第六部分是总结。对本文的研究过程和结果进行了概括,研究中,在理论和方法上进行的积极探索,将对辽宁沿海经济带区域产业结构的优化产生积极影响,也将有益于以后对同类区域相关研究。
The development of regional economy is accompanied by constant optimization of the industrial structure. As a national strategic region, liaoning coastal economic zone needs to realize the economic boom through the optimization of regional industrial structure to radiate and promote the economic development of the province, as well as the hinterland of Northeast. This thesis was based on the analysis of the industrial situation in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone, used the mathematical evaluation method of the industrial structure optimization, discussed the problem which exist in the regional industrial structure, proposed the optimization strategies of regional industrial structure in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone. And this thesis includes the following sections:
The first part is the introduction. Presenting the study background and significance of this thesis, sorting out the relevantly domestic and foreign research results of regional industrial structure, and defining the method and framework of this thesis.
The second part is the basic theory part of regional industrial structure optimization. First, describing the concepts of regional industrial structure, and then combined regional economics and economic geography as the theoretical basis for the regional industrial structure optimization.
The third part is the analysis of the industry status. From general overview of the region, differences in the region and the three industries, this paper analysed the industrial present situation of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone. Summarized the characteristics of various cities and industries by analysing relevant statistics.
The fourth part is the optimization of industry structure. Using gray correlation, this paper calculated the mathematical methods for evaluating the value of industrial structure optimization to calculate the last decade output data of the three industry in Liaoning's coastal economic zone. And we found the optimized value of the industrial structure in Liaoning's coastal economic zone is elevated with the fluctuations; the industrial structure is currently in "two, three, one" model; and the second industry, especially the industry has the most obvious impact on the regional industrial structure. Since 2005, the development trend of the regional industrial structure optimization in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone is good.
The fifth part is the optimizing countermeasures. Through the front analysis and evaluation, we have found out deep-seeded problems of industrial structure in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone; and from the coordinated development perspective of the three industries and region, we proposed the related solutions and development ideas for Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone.
The sixth part is conclusion. I summarized the process and the results of the research. This resaarch made progress in the theoretical and methodological. It will have a positive impact on optimization of regional industrial structure in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone. It also will benefit the studies of similar areas.
第一部分是引言部分。提出了本文的研究背景及意义,系统梳理了有关区域产业结构的国内外研究成果,明确了本文的研究方法和框架。
第二部分是区域产业结构优化的基础理论部分。首先对区域产业结构的相关概念进行了阐述,然后将区域经济学和经济地理学相结合作为本文进行区域产业结构优化研究的理论基础。

The development of regional economy is accompanied by constant optimization of the industrial structure.
