中部六省省会城市竞争力动态演进分析

摘要
当今社会,科学技术日新月异,经济一体化突飞猛进,人类不仅开始了一个信息和知识的新时代、经济科技全球化的新时代,也开始了一个竞争全球化的新时代。城市作为一个新的竞争主体,越来越引起人们的关注,提升城市竞争力无疑成为城市发展战略的重要内容。在“中部崛起”战略的指引下,中部六省省会进入了新一轮激烈的角逐之中,书写着现代城市版的春秋战国之争。
为进一步加深对中部六省省会城市综合竞争力改革开放三十年的动态演进研究以及正确评价郑州城市综合竞争力的优势、不足和发展潜力,本文选取中部其它五省省会城市作为与郑州市比较的对象,本文结合国际国内研究现状,在探讨城市竞争力的概念内涵和经典模型基础上,把理论研究和实证分析相结合,建立了城市评价指标体系和主成分分析法数学模型,最后找出了城市竞争力动态演进的一般路径,提出了提升郑州市竞争力的对策。
本文共分为六部分内容：
第一部分为绪论,首先系统地阐明了本篇论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法以及本文的创新。
第二部分论述城市竞争力及经典模型述评。通过对国内外学者相关理论的探讨,提出了本文关于城市竞争力的概念和内涵。
第三部分提出了构建城市竞争力指标体系的原则和城市竞争力评价方法,并根据指标体系的原则构建了城市竞争力比较的评价模型。
第四部分采集1978年、1988年、1998年、2008年6个省会城市相关统计指标数据,用主成分分析法对6个省会城市的原始数据综合处理后得出各自的综合竞争力得分和排序,然后通过影响城市竞争力因子的变化,提出了城市竞争力动态演进的一般路径,并指出了郑州发展的不足。
第五部分回顾中部六省省会三十年经济发展历程,指出政策制定和实施的差异带来了城市之间竞争力的变化。
第六部分根据各部分的分析结果,提出了郑州市未来城市发展的定位,并针对制约郑州市发展的因素提出了解决的对策。
Nowadays, with the development of science and technology and the rapid integration of economy, the human beings not only create a new era of information and knowledge, but also a new era of economy and technology globalization. As the main competitive body, cities cause more concern and it is not doubt that enhancing the competitiveness of cities is the important aspect of national and regional economy. Under the guidance of "Rise of Central China" strategy, the six central provinces capital enter a new round of fierce competition, and write a modern version of the Spring and Autumn of the dispute.
In order to deepen the understanding of the competitiveness dynamic evolution of Six Central provinces capital city in the past three decades of reform and opening up and evaluate Zhengzhou advantages and shortcomings and potential development reasonably, the extra five capitals of central province as comparison with Zhengzhou are selected. This paper combines the international and domestic study, on the base of exploring the concept and classical model of city competitiveness, then theoretical research combining with empirical analysis, a group of evaluation index and principal component analysis model is established. In the end, the city general path of Dynamic evolution of comprehensive competitiveness is found out and the countermeasures for enhancing the competitiveness of Zhengzhou are put forward.
This thesis is divided into six parts: The first part is an introduction, first systematically expounds research background, the significance, the research methods and innovation of this article.
The second part discusses the competitiveness of the city and its classic models. By exploring theory of the relevant domestic and foreign scholars, puts forward the concept of urban competitiveness and content of this article.
The third part puts forward the index system of urban competitiveness and in accordance with which, the comparative assessment model of urban competitiveness is constructed.
The fourth part collects the 1978、1988、1998、2008 related statistical indicator data, deals with the raw data the six capital cities by using principal component analysis in order to gain the score and rank. Then put out the city general path of Dynamic evolution of comprehensive competitiveness and the lack of development in Zhengzhou based on the diversification of influencing the competitive factor in the city.
The fifth part recalls the economic development of the six Central provinces capital city in the past three decades, points out that different policy formulation and implementation has brought changes in the competitiveness of cities.
The sixth part puts forward the future development positioning of Zhengzhou according to the analysis results of various parts, and brings forward the solutions for constraints in the development of Zhengzhou.
