垦利县建筑项目管理研究

摘要
项目管理方法自引入我国以来,已在建筑行业得到了广泛的运用,无论是业主方还是施工企业都逐步认识到项目管理知识、工具和技术可以为他们提供帮助,减少项目的盲目性,促进项目目标的实现,从而使各方利益相关者达到满意。作为业主方如何对工程项目进行管理是本篇论文的核心内容,本文以大量的篇幅论述业主方在进行项目管理时需要抓好三个方面的工作,先从理论角度分析业主方如何通过项目的进度管理、项目的成本管理、项目的质量管理来对项目进行管理;接着结合垦利县实际情况分析了业主方在进行项目管理时在项目进度管理、项目成本管理、项目质量管理方面存在的问题;本文的重点部分是应用项目进度管理、项目成本管理、项目质量管理方面的基本理论,对垦利县财政局办公楼项目进行实证研究,用大量的实际数据及文件资料来说明作为业主方是如何将项目管理的基本理论和方法在项目管理的实践中正确地加以运用,并取得成效的。
The project management method has been widely applied in the construction industrysince it has been introduced to China. Every participator of a project has now being convincedthat the project management technology and methods can be helpful to him, and reduce hisinnocence to the project. It can also promote the achievement of the project objectives andhelp to reach the whole satisfaction of the entire partner. It is this paper core content that thehost’s of the project is how to manage project. The article expatiate the project owners shoulddo the three aspects of the work in the project management with substantial length words.First from the theory side, it analysis that the host’s of the project is how to manager projectby making progress management, project cost, project quality. Immediately after combing theKen-li county actual circumstance, analyzing the problem that the host’s of the project existin the aspects of carrying on a project, including progress management, project cost, projectquality. Textual point part is applied progress management, project cost management, projectquality management of basic theories, transact building item to carry on a substantialevidence research to the Ken-li financial building, This paper use the massive actual data ,andanalysis the use of the three points in the project implementation process.
