银行间交易平台灾备的研究与设计

摘要
随着中国金融业的快速发展,银行业的信息化进程也不断加快,银行业新一代行间交易平台中各应用系统与前一代相比有了本质的变化,老一代的灾难恢复系统基础架构已经不能够完整和有效的支撑新一代的应用架构。如何设计一套新的灾备系统,以达到既能容纳新一代应用系统的特点,又能保证对新一代应用系统灾备目标和功能的支持,已经成为银行业十分紧急且重要的一项工作。
     本文着眼于银行业新一代行间交易平台中各业务系统的特点和灾备需求,提出了由灾难恢复策略、容灾架构和存储系统组成的灾备系统建设方案。灾难恢复策略是从生产中心站点的设置、人员与组织机构、业务数据保护、应用系统程序文件保护、切换优先级、灾备流程、技术和设备选型等方面设定一些连续性策略,以达到业务持续管理的最终目的。EFO环境和DR环境共存的容灾架构设计的新思路,可以较好的实现在灾备系统的成本投入与灾备效果的平衡。通过存储系统结构、数据存储分布、存储系统流程这三方面的设计,形成了一个功能完整的存储系统,可以满足灾备系统在存储方面的各项要求。
     本文研究工作的意义在于,本文设计的新一代银行间交易平台的灾备系统可以满足新一代应用系统在现阶段对于灾备的要求,对类似拥有大量应用系统和迫切灾备需求的企业同样具有实际的借鉴作用和应用价值的。
With the rapid development of financial in China, and also with the increasing acceleration of the informationization in bank, the application systems of new generation bank trading platform have had essential changes compared with previous generation bank trading platform. And the infrastructure of old disaster preparedness system can not be able to completely and effectively support the application architecture of the new generation any more. How to design a new disaster preparedness system which is capable of accommodating the characteristics of new application systems and guaranteeing the disaster preparedness goals and function of new application systems has become a very urgent and paramount work for bank.
     Based on the characteristic analysis and disaster preparedness requirements of the new generation bank trading platform, the thesis sets up a solution of disaster preparedness system which contains disaster recovery strategy design, tolerant architecture design and storage system design. From production center site strategy set, personnel and organizations, business data protection, application system program files protection, switch priority, disaster preparedness processes, technologies and equipment type selection of set, disaster recovery builds some continuity in the strategy to achieve the ultimate objective of sustainable management business. This thesis puts forward the new ideas of constructing EFO environment and DR environment, and it can get a better balance between the cost of disaster preparedness system and the effect of disaster preparedness system. With the storage system structure, data storage distribution, storage system, it is formed to be a full-featured disaster preparedness system, which can meet disaster preparedness system requirements in the storage aspects.
     The significance of the thesis is that the disaster preparedness system of new generation bank trading platform is able to meet the new application systems’requirements for disaster preparedness at the present phase. And other companies with a large number of application systems, and with urgent needs of disaster preparedness, can also use and refer the the disaster preparedness system solution.
