中医诸辨证方法纵横论

摘要
辨证论治是中医药学的特色与精华，是指导中医诊治疾病的基本原则，是使中医得以延续两千多年长盛不衰的根本法宝。它是在中医临床反复实践的基础上逐步探索和形成的一系列人体整体症状、证候的运动规律的总结，是结合中医整体宏观理论和古代哲学思想的理论经典。其中最为主要的是八纲辨证、病因辨证、气血津液辨证、脏腑辨证、六经辨证、卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证、经络辨证等8种辨析疾病的方法。
由于诸辨证方法是在不同的历史时期，由不同的医家从不同研究角度总结而成的，探讨对象的差异，以及论理方法的影响，使得各种辨证方法虽然各具优势和特点，但在内容上存在着彼此交叉，应用范围也互相重叠，致使实践应用中经常会引发误解和争论，难以满足现代社会对中医学的规范化要求。因此，在现代医学条件下对辨证论治重新进行深入的规范化研究，是中医应对时代挑战的必需，也是中医辨证论治自身脉络的延展方向。
本文正是应对这一挑战，力求对此作出有益探索和科学回答。文章从追溯古代诸辨证方法形成与发展入手，分析了各辨证方法的内涵及相互间的关系，针对诸辨证方法存在的局限，结合现代医学的快速发展、疾病谱改变的现状，就中医辨证论治的发展方向进行了深入的探讨和论述。
Treatment according to differentiation of syndrome is not only the characteristic and essence of Chinese medicine also the basic principle of instructing the Chinese medicine to diagnose diseases, as well as the basic magic weapon which enables the Chinese medicine to continue to be prosperous for more than 2,000 years. It is a overall series of symptoms and movement rules of human body summarized from repeated clinical practices and explorations of the Chinese medicine, and it is also the classic combinations of the integrated Chinese medicine macroscopic theory and the ancient philosophy theory, which is mainly about the eight principle syndrome differentiation, the cause of dialectical disease, the dialectical vitality of body fluids, the dialectical internal organs, the Syndrome Differentiation Based on Six Meridians, The Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue Syndrome Differentiation, San-Jiao Differentiation, the Meridians Differentiation.
Because there were various dialectical methods in the different historical period, it was summarized by the different doctors from the different research angles, and with the differences of discussed object, as well as the influence of logic method, which caused different advantages and characteristics of each dialectical method, but they overlap each other in the content, and the application scope are also mutually overlapped, making the practice application initiate misunderstandings and arguments frequently, which is difficult to satisfy standardized request of the traditional Chinese medicine in modern society. Therefore, it is essential to repeat thoroughly standardized research of the diagnosis and treatment under the modern medical condition, so that it can deal with the challenge of time, besides, it is also the direction of treatment according to differentiation of syndrome of Chinese medicine itself.
To deal with this challenge, this article mainly makes every effort to make the beneficial exploration and the science reply. From formation and development of dialectical methods in various ancient times, the article has analyzed the connotation and mutual relations of each dialectical method; In view of the existence limitation of various dialectical methods as well as the fast development of modern medicine and the present situation of disease spectrum changes, this article has carried on the thorough discussion and the elaboration of development direction of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment
由于诸辨证方法是在不同的历史时期，由不同的医家从不同研究角度总结而成的，探讨对象的差异，以及论理方法的影响，使得各种辨证方法虽然各具优势和特点，但在内容上存在着彼此交叉，应用范围也互相重叠，致使实践应用中经常会引发误解和争论，难以满足现代社会对中医学的规范化要求。因此，在现代医学条件下对辨证论治重新进行深入的规范化研究，是中医应对时代挑战的必需，也是中医辨证论治自身脉络的延展方向。
