面向科学出版的科学信息本体结构及其生成与发布机制研究

摘要
旨在建立基于科技创新内生机理及运行机制(STIEM)的科学出版理论框架。
     通过希腊哲学发展轨迹,希腊时期和文艺复兴时期的4部经典科学著作,认识论发展轨迹,考察世界本原结构、知识框架结构、知识本原结构,建立科学存在原型结构(PSSB)。
     通过PSSB行为解析,构建起科学研究能力体系(SRAS),以科学发现逻辑逐层逐点争取科学优先权(SP),提出科学优先权结构起点效应(SSPESP)。在SSPESP驱动下,SRAS基于PSSB,自主发起科学实践行为,自主导构SP,提出STIEM。
     通过基于PSSB的STIEM计数语言、交流语言与记录语言(CL-STIEM-PSSB, IL-STIEM-PSSB, NL-STIEM-PSSB)的联构,建立基于PSSB的科技创新分类模型(CM-STI-PSSB),实现基于PSSB的科技创新行为表征。通过基于PSSB的STIEM传播语言(TL-STIEM-PSSB)组建基于STIEM的SP表征模型(SP-DM-STIEM)。通过面向科学创新的SRAS可视化模型(SARS-VM-STI)和面向科技创新的SRAS绩效评估模型(SARS-PEM-STI),实现STIEM和SRAS可视化。通过NSFC机械学科SRAS的绩效考察,证明STIEM和SRAS客观存在。
     认为科学信息本体结构(OSSI)是STIEM的运行机制,提出其结构划分。研究科学信息生成模块,通过引导结构及复合运行机制,以及面向PSSB的科技创新筛选模型(SM-STIEM-PSSB),实现科学结构数据变构及创新数据筛选。
     讨论科学信息发布模块功能及结构。通过科学期刊出版史和历史上上3次大规模科学翻译运动实证了科学信息发布机制客体存在,归纳出科学信息发布机制的两种工作模式。
     通过科学优先权标志载体模型构形模板(CT-SPICM)和基于PSSB的STIEM科学优先权传播语言(TL-SP-STIEM-PSSB),建立科学优先权标志载体模型(SPICM)。通过科学话语权标志行为分层和科学话语权标志行为空间(SDPIBS),建立科学话语权标志载体模型(SDPICM)。通过科学优先权标志数据分形置位机制(M-FP-SPID)实现科学优先权标志数据向SDPIBS抛射,构建起科学信息标志平台(SIIP)。
     通过基于OSSI的科学信息传递路径模型(SITPM)分析,发现在寻找科学研究对象时,存在科学话语外溢通道(ASDS),可以形成科学话语外溢现象(PSDS)。通过对于基于科学话语外溢现象的国际贸易规则(ITR-PSDS)对于“中国制造”损害的考察,确认PSDS的存在,证明OSSI对于SRAS运行机制的不可动摇性。
     基于OSSI变构路径(TP-OSSI),通过基于PSSB的STIEM科学优先权传播语言(TL-SP-STIEM-PSSB)和基于PSSB的STIEM科学话语权传播语言(TL-SDP-STIEM-PSSB),在科学信息标志载体(SIIC)上建立面向科学优先权标志的科学信息标志体制(SIIS-SPI),证明科学出版是OSSI的工作体制。
     通过希腊时期和文艺复兴时期的4部经典科学著作,实证了科学优先权标志载体构形模板的历史存在;通过科学著作《机器人操作》和科学期刊《数字制造科学》,实证了科学著作构形模板和正式论文构形模板的现实存在,发现CT-SPIDM就是PSSD。
     基于PSSB的STIEM科学优先权快速标志传播语言(TL-SP-CI-STIEM-PSSB)分类,建立科学话语权快速标志行为空间(SDP-CIBS),通过matlab.模拟出SDP-CIBS的4种形式。认为科学期刊是SDP-CIBS的物理实现形式,通过matlab.模拟,找到了科学期刊的15种形式。通过《数字制造科学》创刊,实验了科学信息标志载体目标定位行为(PWB-SIIC)的实现方法。以《数字制造科学》传播语言为核心,实验证了科学信息标志载体发布作业行为(GSB-SIIC)方法。证明科学出版可以通过构建CT-SPICM、TL-SP-STIEM-PSSB、SDP-CIBS得以工程化实现。
     围绕以上研究展开科学实验,创办了科学期刊《数字制造科学》、著作了科学著作《NSFC机械科学基础研究20年》、编辑出版了科学著作《机器人操作》。((NSFC机械科学基础研究20年》荣获首届湖北出版政府奖、《机器人操作》荣获第二届湖北图书奖,《数字制造科学》荣获湖北省第五届优秀期刊奖,并进入中国科技论文统计源。
     建立基于STIEM的科学出版科学存在原型结构。
The purpose of this thesis is to construct a theoretic framework of science publication by studying the endogenesis mechanism and operation system of scientific innovation.
     Through the compehensive analysis of the development of Greek philosophy, and four classic science works in ancient Greece and Renaissance, and the development of epistemology, the primitive structure of the world, knowledge framework, and knowledge ontology, the Prototype Structure of Scientific Being is established.
     By behavioral analysis of PSSB, the Scientific Research Ability System is built. the Structure Starting Point Effect of Scientific Priority is also put forward by striving for scientific priority level by level and point by point. Driven by SSPESP, and based on PSSB, SRAS initiates science practice, constructs science priority and therefore STIEM arises.
     By the interconnection of STIEM count language, transmit language, and note language based on PSSB, classification module of scientific and technological innovation based on PSSB is also founded, the behavioral features of scientific and technological innovationis realized. By STIEM transmit language based on PSSB, SP displaying module is constructed. By SRAS visualization module facing scientific and technological innovationand SRAS performance evaluation module facing scientific and technological innovation, STEM and ARAS can be visualized. By performance evaluating NSFC machanical courses, the objective exitence of ATIEM and SRAS is proved Ontologcal strcture of science information is the operational machanism of STIEM, and its structure is divided.
     To study science information creation module, by guiding structure and compound operation machanism, and the sifting module of of scientific and technological innovation facing PSSB, science structure data transforming and innovative data sifting is realized
     The function and structure of science information releasing module is also discussed. Science information release machanism is proved to exist objectively from the history of science journal publication and the three large-scale science translation movements, hence, two operation modules of science information release machanism are drawn.
     By configiration template of science priority identification carrier module and SP-STIEM transmit language based on PSSB, science priority identification carrier module is built. By science discourse power identification behavior grading and science discourse power identifiation space, science discourse power identification carrier module is built. By science priority identification data module, science priority identification data is projected t SDPIBS and science information identification platform is built.
     By the analysis of science information transmit path module of OSSI, science discourse spill channel exists in seek of science reseach objects. Science discourse spill phenomina come into being. The existence of spill of scientific discourse is confirmed upon looking into the prejudice towards "Made in China" by international trade rules based on the spill of scientific discourse. Therefore the operation machanism of SRAS is irrevrtible to OSSI.
     Based on transforming path of OSSI, and by transmit language of both STEM science priority and STEM science discourse based on PSSB, on science information identification carriers, science information identification system facing science priority identification is built and science publication is proved to be the working machanism of OSSI.
     Through the four classic science works in ancient Greece and Renaissance, the historical existence of of science priority identification carrier configuration module is proved. By the science work of Robot Operation and academic journal Digital Manufacture Science, the objective existence of science works configuration template and formal thesis configuration template is also demonstrated.
     According to the classification of transmit languages of STIEM SP celerity identification facing PSSB, science discourse power celerity identification behavor space is constructed. Four forms of SDP-CIBS are simulated by matlab. Science journals are the physical forms of SDP-CIBS. By matlab simulation, fifteen forms of scientific journals are found. The method of realizing the target location action of scientific information identification carrier is demonstrated via the first issue of Digital Manufacture Science. The implementing method for the release operation of scientific information identification carrier is demonstrated as well centered on the dissemination language of Digital Manufacture Science. Science publication is proved to be put into practice on a large scale by constructing CT-SPICM, TL-SP-STIEM-PSSB, SDP-CIBS.
     Many scientific experiments have been done based on the above reseaches. Among them, an academic journal Digital Manufacture Science has been founded was awarded the fifth Hubei Excellent Journal Award, and included by CSTPC, the scientific work 20-Year Fundamental Study on NSFC Mechanical Science was written and awarded the first Hubei Publication Government Prize, and Robot Operation was compled and published and was granted the second Hubei Book Award.
     Therefore, a scientific publication system based on STIEM of Scientific Being-Science Publication are presented.
