产品设计、仿真与数控加工异构信息集成技术及应用研究

摘要
本文对产品设计、仿真分析与数控加工异构信息集成技术进行了研究,包括产品设计与仿真分析异构信息集成模型、基于时变载荷历程模型的多体动力学与有限元异构集成技术、基于集成信息模型的有限元仿真分析重用技术和基于PDM的数控加工管理信息集成技术等方面的研究。结合项目,开发了低压断路器数字化设计、仿真分析和数控加工集成平台,在低压电器设计中得到实际应用,取得了较好的效果。
     论文的组织结构为:
     第1章,概述了产品数字化设计、仿真分析、与数控加工异构信息集成技术相关理论、技术的研究现状与应用状况。对相关的理论和技术进行了总结与归纳,并阐述了本论文的主要研究内容、意义和组织架构。
     第2章,提出了产品设计与仿真分析异构信息集成模型。主要分析了产品设计与仿真分析异构信息集成模型的结构组成,研究了三维几何建模系统、多体动力学系统、有限元分析系统以及知识管理各系统之间的信息集成和数据转化技术,实现了产品设计、仿真分析的综合信息的集成。
     第3章,提出了基于时变载荷历程模型的多体动力学与有限元异构集成技术。构建了时变载荷历程模型,通过对多体动力学载荷文件的提取与转化,利用APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)与宏命令进行二次开发,将载荷文件导进有限元分析系统中,把曲面离散为小单元的网格面,根据载荷分布特征函数与曲面的形状,计算出曲面上各网格或者节点所受的载荷,自动将载荷离散并映射到需加载的曲面上,实现了多体动力学与有限元异构系统信息的联合仿真。
     第4章,提出了基于集成信息模型的有限元仿真分析重用技术。分析了有限元仿真集成信息模型的结构组成,通过对有限元仿真分析已有信息的提取与集成,利用APDL与宏命令进行二次开发,实现了有限元仿真分析的过程与信息重用。提出的方法在产品开发中得到应用,有效提高了仿真分析的效率。
     第5章,提出了基于PDM的数控加工管理信息集成技术。主要从CAD三维建模、零件信息管理、产品BOM管理、零件CAM处理、NC程序生成、车间排程与NC程序库等方面构建数控加工管理集成模型。通过产品结构信息和零部件信息的集成,车间排程与数控加工信息的关联,以及数控系统与计算机之间的通讯等方法,实现了基于PDM统一数据的产品数字化设计、排程与制造的集成。
     第6章,根据论文提出的理论及方法,开发了产品数字化设计、仿真、数控加工集成平台,并在低压断路器设计中进行实施和应用。验证了作者提出的产品数字化设计、仿真分析与数控加工异构信息集成技术相关理论和方法的可行性。
     第7章,总结了本论文的研究内容和成果,指出了今后更进一步的研究工作与研究方向。
This dissertation research on product design, simulation, analysis and NC machining heterogeneous information integrated technologies. And the corresponding heterogeneous information integrated technologies which include product design and simulation heterogeneous information integrated model, multi-body dynamic and finite element heterogeneous integrated technology based on time-varying loading course model, finite element analysis reused technology based on integrated information model, and NC (Numerical Control) machining information integrated model based on PDM(Product Data Management) are deeply researched. The theory and method this paper put forword have been proved that it is correct and advanced by the application in low voltage electrical apparatus industry.
     The organization structure of full text is as follows:
     In chapter 1, a history and review of the theory research and application situation of heterogeneous information integrated technologies between product design, simulation, analysis and NC machining is pointed out by the induction of correlative technique. Finally, the contents, significance and the frame of this dissertation is put forward.
     In chapter 2, product design and simulation heterogeneous information integrated model. This chapter first analyzed the integrated information model of products design and simulation. Then, researched technology of information integration and data transform between 3-D geometry modeling system, multi-body dynamic simulation system, FEM (finite element method) analysis system and KM (knowledge management) systems. Finally, the heterogeneous information integration for products design and simulation analysis was carried out.
     In chapter 3, Multi-body dynamic and finite element heterogeneous integrated technology base on time-varying loading course model. This chapter first set up a time-varying loading course model. Then used APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) and macro injunction exploit the FEA system, abstract the load information from multi-body dynamic system, import the load information into the FEA system, and transform the concentrative loads to the asymmetric distributed loads. Finally, the heterogeneous integration of multi-body dynamic and finite element analysis was solved, and the co-simulation based on multi-body dynamic and finite element analysis was carried out.
     In chapter 4, Finite element analysis reused technology based on integrated information model. This chapter first set up the finite element simulation and analysis integrated information model and analyzed the ingredient of this model. Then, used APDL and macro injunction exploit the FEA software ANSYS. Finally, the reuse of process and information for finite element simulation and analysis was carried out through abstract and integrate the information of FEA. The method this chapter put forward can improve the efficiency of finite element simulation and analysis and has been used for products exploitation.
     In chapter 5, NC machining information integrated model based on PDM. This chapter first set up a NC machining information integrated model from CAD modeling, part information management, product BOM (bill of material) management, CAM management, creation of NC program, Shop Scheduling and NC database etc. Then, the integration of product digital design, Shop Scheduling, and manufacture based on PDM was carried out by integrating product configuration and part information, relating Shop Scheduling and NC information, and using serial communication method between NC systems and computers.
     In chapter 6, the theory and method discussed this paper put forword are applied in low voltage electrical apparatus industry. The integrated platform of product design, simulation and NC machining has been developed. The main functions and application of this integrated platform are described and presented. The application and implement result of this integrated platform have proved that the theories and the methods is steady and credible.
     In chapter 7, the research results of this dissertation are summarized and the direction for further research is pointed out.
