绿色农产品封闭供应链物流网络优化研究

摘要
目前我国农业以及农业物流都得到了快速的发展,农产品供应链体系已经初步建立,但仍然存在农产品物流基础设施建设不完善、缺乏专用技术设备,农产品物流投资结构不合理,物流成本高、物流损失大,农产品安全问题严重,农产品物流法制规范薄弱、物流标准不健全,物流网络布局不合理等诸多问题。同时,随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对生态环境日益关注,对农产品质量和安全的要求不断提高。“绿色、安全、健康”是全世界共同关注的理念,是全体消费者的共同期待,无污染、安全、优质、营养的绿色农产品成为消费者的首选。而传统的农产品供应链已经无法很好的解决上述问题。因此,必须探索新的供应链模式,绿色农产品封闭供应链就是其中较为有效的一种模式。
     绿色农产品封闭供应链的有效实施,离不开合适的供应链支撑以及保障体系,封闭供应链的物流网络设计是否合理,直接决定了封闭供应链的效率和效益。虽然传统农产品供应链以及其物流网络布局已经取得了较丰硕的研究成果,但绿色农产品封闭供应链的理论以及物流网络优化研究尚处于起步阶段。因此,有必要对绿色农产品封闭供应链的基本理论和物流网络优化进行深入的研究。
     本文在研究绿色农产品封闭供应链的基本理论基础上,分别研究了物流条件确定和物流条件可选的绿色农产品封闭供应链物流网络优化模型。本文所做的主要工作概括起来有以下几点:
     (1)通过对大量的文献的阅读总结,分析了国内外有关农产品供应链以及农产品物流网络布局的研究现状,指出了现有研究的不足之处,并提出了本文研究的研究思路。
     (2)对农产品供应链的现状、存在的问题以及国内外主要的农产品流通模式进行研究。提出构建绿色农产品封闭供应链,才能有效解决的现有供应链的诸多不足。
     (3)对绿色农产品封闭供应链的基本理论研究。首先,对绿色农产品封闭供应链的内涵进行了深入的分析,研究了绿色农产品封闭供应链的基本流通特点以及和传统农产品供应链的主要区别。其次,在此基础上,构建了绿色农产品封闭供应链的基本架构,并对其主要组成部分的主要功能和作用进行详细的介绍。最后,从不同的角度对绿色农产品封闭供应链进行了分类研究,并提出构建了绿色农产品封闭供应链的支撑保障体系。
     (4)构建物流条件确定情况下的供应链物流网络优化模型。首先,对绿色农产品封闭供应链物流网络布局的影响因素进行了分析;其次,从绿色农产品在物流过程中的两种主要损失(量的损失以及品质的损失)的角度出发,构建基于绿色农产品损耗和基于绿色农产品品质的封闭供应链的物流网络进行优化模型,并进行了算法研究以及实例分析研究;最后,综合考虑上述两种损失因素,构建了绿色农产品封闭供应链物流网络优化模型。
     (5)构建物流条件可选情况下的绿色农产品封闭供应链物流网络优化模型。首先,对绿色农产品物流条件进行研究,把物流条件分为在物流过程中不可变(如:包装条件和存储条件)与可变(如:运输条件)两大类;其次,构建常温、冷链物流条件可选(常温、冷链物流条件是物流条件不可变中最基本的情况)的绿色农产品封闭供应链物流网络优化模型,并在此基础上扩展构建了包装、存储条件可选的色农产品封闭供应链物流网络优化模型;最后,构建了物流过程中运输条件可选的绿色农产品封闭供应链物流网络优化模型。
The domestic agriculture and agricultural logistics are gaining rapid development in recent years. Although the supply chain for agricultural products has been initially established, apparent problems still exist including the inadequate infrastructure for agricultural product logistics, the lack of specialized technical equipment, irrational investment structure for agricultural product logistics, high logistical costs, large loss of logistics, severe security situation for agricultural products, weak legal regulation support for agricultural logistics, incomplete logistics standards, irrational logistic network distribution, etc. Meanwhile together with the rapid development in both domestic economy and people' living standards, ever-growing attention is being paid to eco-system as well as to the quality and security of agricultural products. "Green, Secure and Healthy" is the common concern worldwide as well as the common good that all the customers expect. The pollution-free, secure, highly qualified and nutrient green agriculture products are of the customers'first choice. The traditional supply chain does not adequately satisfy all the needs mentioned above, therefore new models of supply chain is of great urgency to be exploited, among which the green agricultural product closed supply chain is an effective one.
     The efficient implementation of green agricultural product closed supply chain counts greatly on the proper support system for supply chain. The correctness of design of closed supply chain logistics network directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness. Although abundant research results have been gained for traditional agricultural product supply chain and its logistics network distribution, research for green agricultural product closed supply chain is still in its initial stage. Thus, the basic theory for green agricultural product closed supply chain and optimization for its logistics network are of high necessity to be explored in great depth.
     Based on the basic theory of green agricultural product closed supply chain, this thesis studied optimization models for green agricultural product closed supply chain logistics network with deterministic logistic conditions and optional logistic conditions respectively. Main works rendered by this thesis include as follows.
     (1) By summarizing the literature of variety, this thesis analyzed the current situation home and abroad of agricultural product supply chain and agricultural logistics network distribution, identified inadequacy of the current research and proposed research strategy.
     (2) By studying the current situation and existing problems of agricultural product supply chain and the main circulation patterns for agricultural products at home and abroad, this thesis proposed the green agricultural product closed supply chain which can effectively solve the problems encountered with the current supply chain.
     (3) The research on the basic theory of the green agricultural product closed supply chain. First, the analysis on the contents of the green agricultural product closed supply chain was conducted, which explored the basic circulation characteristics of the green agricultural product closed supply chain as well as its major difference with traditional agricultural product supply chain. Second, on the basis of the first step, the thesis constructed the basic architecture of the green agricultural product closed supply chain, accompanied by detailed introduction to the major functions of its major components. Finally, from different angles this thesis studied the green agricultural product closed supply chain by categories, resulting in the support system for the green agricultural product closed supply chain.
     (4) The construction of the supply chain logistics network optimization model under the deterministic logistic conditions. First, the analysis on the impact factors on the green agricultural product closed supply chain logistics network distribution was carried out. Second, from the perspective of the two major losses (quantity loss and quality loss), this thesis constructed the optimized green agricultural product closed supply chain logistics network model based on loss of the green agricultural products with the companion of algorithm study and case study. Finally, by putting into consideration the two aforementioned losses, the green agricultural product closed supply chain logistics network optimization model was built.
     (5) The construction of the green agricultural product closed supply chain logistics network optimization model under the optional logistic conditions. First, this thesis studied the green agricultural product logistic conditions, which are into two categories, namely the non-variable (such as package condition, storage condition, etc.) and the variable (such as transportation condition). Second, this thesis built the green agricultural product closed supply chain logistics network optimization model for optional room-temperature/cold-chain logistic condition (room-temperature and cold-chain conditions are the most basic non-variable ones), based on which this thesis built the green agricultural product closed supply chain logistics network optimization model for optional package/storage logistic condition. Finally, this thesis built the green agricultural product closed supply chain logistics network optimization model for optional transportation logistic condition.
