煤炭企业信息化项目成功与用户参与的关联性研究

摘要
聚焦于煤炭企业信息化领域,为了解决用户参与不足而导致信息化项目成功率低的问题,提出煤炭企业信息化项目成功与用户参与的关联性研究课题。
     首先,在梳理大量相关文献的基础上,回顾相关学科理论知识,寻求煤炭企业信息化项目成功和用户参与的科学内涵。其次,通过理论演绎,全面而系统地构建煤炭企业信息化项目成功衡量指标,同时设计用户参与描述因素,在此基础上,提出煤炭企业信息化项目成功与用户参与的关联性理论假设。接着,结合实证研究,建立煤炭企业信息化项目成功与用户参与的关联结构方程模型,并运用计量统计工具进行验证分析,揭示煤炭企业信息化项目成功与用户参与的关联机理。最后,针对实质性问题,从用户参与途径提升和机制保障方面,探讨用户参与改进对策和建议。研究发现,煤炭企业信息化项目成功与用户参与之间存在显著关联性,具体变量之间存在相应的互联效应,根据关联机理,指导用户有效参与煤炭企业信息化项目。
Focusing on the area of coal enterprise informatization, in order to solve the problem of thelack of user engagement which leads to low success rate of informatization project, this paper putsforward the subject of research on correlation mechanism between coal enterprise informatizationproject success and user engagement.
     Firstly, on the basis of combing a large number of relevant literature, a review of relateddiscipline theory knowledge, this paper seeks the scientific connotation of coal enterpriseinformatization project success and user engagement. Secondly, through theoretical deduction,comprehensively and systematically builds the measurable indicators of coal enterpriseinformatization project success, and designs the fluencing factors of user engagement at the sametime, on this basis, this paper puts forward the theoretical assumptions of the correlationmechanism between coal enterprise informatization project success and user engagement. Then,combining with empirical research, this paper builds the SEM of the correlation of coal enterpriseinformatization project success and user engagement, uses statistical tools to verify analysis, andreveals mechanism of the correlation between coal enterprise informatization project success anduser engagement. Finally, in view of substantive issues, from the user engagement ways topromote and guarantee mechanism, discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to improveuser engagement. Research shows that there is significant correlation mechanism between coalenterprise enterprise informatization project success and user engagement, and there iscorresponding interconnection effect on specific variables, according to the correlation mechanism,to guide user to effectively engage on coal enterprise informatization project.
