基于SSCB的煤矿下井电缆快速故障限流器研究

摘要
本论文针对煤矿电网短路故障,提出了基于固态断路器(SSCB)的煤矿下井电缆快速故障限流器拓扑结构,并对故障限流器接入煤矿电网后对短路过程的影响进行了理论分析、实验仿真等研究。本文首先对目前常用的故障限流方法进行分析,选定了基于SSCB的快速故障限流器作为高压下井电缆的短路电流故障限流器,并对该故障限流器进行了动作时间分析及仿真研究;为了求解短路过程中电流的变化规律,将故障限流器等效为开关与电感线圈的并联结构,建立包含故障限流器的矿井高压电网供电系统模型;根据矿井高压电网对允许流过的最大短路容量的规定,分析满足故障限流要求下所需的限流电抗值,得出了限流电抗参数选择的工程计算方法;通过对故障情况下电流变化规律的研究,提出了以电流高阶导数作为短路故障的判据,实现了短路保护固有时间小于3ms的目标。
This paper has proposed a fast fault current limiter structure of SSCB in coal mine powergrid based on research of coal mine power grid short circuit fault, and analysed theoreticallythe effect of fault current limiter to short circuit fault process in coal mine power grid, andsimulations has been carried out to test the conclusions. By analysis of common fault currentlimit methods at present, this paper has proposed a fast current limiter main structure of SSCB,then analysed its actuation time and simulated actuation process. By research on fault currentlimiter actuation process, this paper has proposed a structural model of switch and inductorin parallel instead of inductive type fault current limiter, and analyzed short circuit transientprocess of coal mine power grid and derived current changes in the formula, deducedengineering calculation method of the required current-limiting inductor value. On thefoundation of fault current changing rule, this paper has proposed fault current detective timerequest, that is3ms; short circuit fault can be judged fast and accurately by using currenthigher derivative.
