集成化汽车产品保证服务模式与运营方法研究

摘要
本文针对当前产品保证管理研究现状和企业保证管理中存在的实际问题,研究了产品保证管理的影响机制和特点,并应用集成化、系统化的思想,从具有代表性的汽车制造业角度出发,研究了集成化汽车产品保证服务模式,针对集成化汽车产品保证服务模式下的关键运营方法进行了深入研究,主要研究成果如下:
     第一,对产品保证管理研究现状进行了详细的总结与评述,进而论述了目前产品保证管理的主要研究方向,在此基础上提出了本文所要研究的主要问题。
     第二,通过比较我国制造业企业产品保证成本与国际水平的差距,揭示出我国产品保证管理水平薄弱的现状,并通过调查问卷的形式对构建出的产品保证管理影响因素理论结构进行实证研究,得出产品保证管理影响机制路径,为企业产品保证管理改进奠定基础。
     第三,通过分析现有保证服务模式在服务对象、服务技术等方面存在的不足,引入云制造技术,建立基于云制造的汽车保证服务模式框架,并提出了其实现技术,如:保证知识云端集成、全生命周期成本预测及关键运营方法。
     第四,分析了汽车产品保证服务的特点,并针对这些特点提出了基于随机规划的保证服务设施选址问题。在考虑保证服务需求量这一随机变量的前提下,建立满足服务覆盖最大化的服务设施选址模型,并设计求解问题的智能优化算法。
     第五,分析汽车产品保证服务流程,并在此基础上构建其保证服务流程的广义随机Petri网模型,分析汽车产品保证服务流程的主要性能指标,识别服务流程中的瓶颈环节,为汽车产品保证服务流程的设计、规划和评价提供依据。
     第六,从产品全生命周期的角度对不同市场份额下的汽车产品销量进行估算,并结合零件可靠性及产品成组方式等信息估计同族汽车产品的备件需求量,结合相应的库存管理理论,设计汽车制造企业中同族汽车产品的备件库存方法。
     第七,通过设定代理奖惩机制,分析保证服务时间对汽车制造商与维修服务商利益的影响情况,建立维修服务商服务利润最大化及汽车制造商保证服务水平最大化的多目标优化模型,并设计智能优化算法对该问题求解,为制造商制订保证服务委托契约提供决策支持。
Based on the current research status of product warranty management and theexisting problems in the manufacturing warranty management, this paper studies theinfluence mechanism and characteristics of product warranty management through thethoughts of integration and systematization. Starting from the point of view of therepresentative automobile manufacturers, the integrated auto product warranty servicemode and the operating methods are both studied in-depth. The main findings are asfollows.
     First, by carrying out a detailed summary and comment on the current researchstatus of product warranty management, the main research direction is proposed. Onthat basis, the central issues of the approach in this paper are raised.
     Second, comparing the product warranty cost in Chinese manufacturingenterprises with international standards, the weak product warranty management levelin our country is revealed. An empirical study is conducted to develop the theoreticalstructure of the impact factors of product warranty management in the form ofquestionnaire. Then the path of product warranty management influence mechanismis obtained, which lays the groundwork for improving the manufacturing productwarranty management.
     Thirdly, by analyzing the existing deficiencies of the current warranty servicemode in service object and service technology, the cloud manufacturing technology isintroduced to develop the framework of auto product warranty service mode. Theimplementation technique is also proposed including warranty knowledge integrationin cloud-edge, life-cycle cost prediction and the critical operation strategies.
     Fourthly, the characteristics of auto product warranty service are analyzed. Onthat basis, the problem of warranty service facility location based on stochasticprogramming. Under the premise of considering the random variable—warrantyservice demand, the service facility location model as well as the intelligencealgorithm on the basis is developed to maximize the service coverage.
     Fifthly, the auto product warranty service process is analyzed. On that basis, theGeneralized Stochastic Petri net model of the process is developed to conduct performance analysis. The bottlenecks of the process are identified to provide thebasis for the design, plan and evaluation of the auto product warranty service process.
     Sixth, the sales of automotive products under the different market shares areestimated from the point of view of product life cycle. According to the informationincluding the part reliability and product group mode, the demand of spare parts of thesame family of the auto product is predicted. Combined with the corresponding theoryof inventory management, the paper designs the spare parts inventory method of autoproduct in the same family of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
     Seventh, by setting the agent reward and punishment mechanism, the influenceof warranty service time on the interests of auto manufacturers and maintenanceservice providers is analyzed. The multi-objective optimization model is developed tomaximize the service profits and the service level of the maintenance service provider.An intelligence algorithm is proposed to solve the problem and provide the decisionsupport for designing a warranty service contract of bailment by manufacturers.
