中国丛藓科植物系统分类及区系地理分布研究

摘要
本文主要根据采自中国境内的丛藓科植物标本,在查阅大量文献的基础上,以经典植物分类学方法为主,参考植物形态学、解剖学和植物地理学等方面的资料,以丛藓科现行的分类系统为依据,对中国分布的丛藓科植物进行了系统的分类研究和修订。
     丛藓科是苔藓植物门藓纲顶蒴藓类中的大科之一,植物体多细小,钙质土生或石灰岩生,广泛分布于温带及干旱地区,是沙漠固定沙丘结皮层的主要植物类群,有着非常重要的生态学价值。对丛藓科植物区系进行详细的调查和研究,不仅能为中国物种多样性保护提供基础资料,而且还能为植物生理学、发育学和系统演化等相关学科研究提供标本素材。但是,由于植物的多型性、同一物种在不同生境下的个体差异、模糊的地理分布和许多标本的不育性等问题导致了中国丛藓科植物分类鉴定存在较多问题。
     本次研究共统计整理出中国丛藓科植物39属,179种和变种,发现中国新记录共3属22种。文中给出了所有属、种的分类检索表,每个分类群均有详细的产地、标本编号和分类学讨论。
     本文对已知丛藓科植物区系成分进行了初步分析,在中国丛藓科植物区系组成中,含10种以上的优势属6个,扭口藓属Barbula、红叶藓属Bryoerythrophyllum、链齿藓属Desmatodon、对齿藓属Didymodon、石灰藓属Hydrogonium、赤藓属Syntrichia,共含81种,占总种数的45.25%。其中对齿藓属是第一大属,种数达26种,占总种数的14.53%。从种的组成上可划分为世界广布成分(7.82%)、热带亚洲—热带美洲成分(2.23%)、热带亚洲和非洲成分(2.23%)、热带亚洲成分(5.59%)、北温带成分(36.87%)、东亚—北美成分(7.26%)、旧世界温带成分(2.23%)、温带亚洲成分(1.68%)、东亚成分(16.76%)和中国特有成分(17.88%)。中国丛藓科植物区系表现出明显的温带区系特征,北温带成分占据主导地位,中国特有成分和东亚成分作为重要组成部分,体现出本植物区系鲜明的中国与东亚色彩。通过对中国丛藓科植物进行分区的地理分布统计表明:云贵区物种数量最多,共34属(87.18%)132种(73.74%),蒙新区次之,为32属(82.05%)122种(68.16%),东北区最少,仅20属(51.28%)59种(32.96%)。在区系亲缘关系上中国与日本和北美洲较为接近,与欧洲最为疏远。
Detailed investigation and research on the flora of Pottiacea will provide not only basic information to the protection of species diversity but also samples for studying physiology, developmental biology and phylogeny of Pottiaceae. However, there are lots of difficulties in traditional Pottiaceae classification and identification due to intrinsic problems such as polymorphy, taxonomic importance of anatomical characters, obscure areolation, and sterility of many specimens.
     According to statistics,39genera,179species and varieties of the family are considered to be taxonomically recognizable entitles in China.3genera and22species are new to China. Keys to the genera and species, herbarium numbers of collection and detailed discussion are given.
     The author conducted a preliminary analysis of the Pottiaceae components. In Chinese moss species composition,6dominant genera (over and including10species) Barbula, Bryoerythrophyllum, Desmatodon, Didymodon, Hydrogonium, Syntrichia, consist of81species, which make up45.25%of the total number. Didymodon is the first major genera, of26species, which occupies14.53%of the total number.
     The species of Pottiaceae could be grouped into10geography distribution types as Cosmopolitan (7.82%), Tropical Asian—Tropical American elements (2.23%), Tropical Asian—African elements (2.23%), Tropical Asian elements (5.59%), North Temperate elements (36.87%), Asian and North American elements (7.26%), Old World Temperate elements (2.23%), East Asian elements (16.76%), Temperate Asian elements (1.68%) and Endemic to China (17.88%).
     The Pottiaceae in China shows distinct characteristics of those in Temperate Zone, North Temperate elements play an leading role, the Endemic to China and the East Asia elements are important parts of all elements, and makes it full of China and the East Asia features. The statistics of geographical distribution indicate that Yun-Gui region had the highest species diversity (132species,73.74%), the Mengxin region (122species,68.16%) is second to it, and the lowest diversity appears in Northeast region (59species,32.96%). The similarity coefficient of species shows that the flora of China is closer to those of Japan and North America, while farthest to Europe.
