铁路建筑企业的企业位势研究

摘要
经济全球化的浪潮席卷全球,我国的建筑企业要面对国际国内两个市场,迎来了千载难逢的发展机遇。同时也要面对来自国际国内两个市场的挑战。如何在这样的一个动荡的环境中生存、发展、壮大是每个建筑企业,特别是国有大型建筑企业需要慎重思考的问题。
     “位势”产生于数学和物理学,本意是指位置和势能。借鉴于物理“位势”,企业位势是用来衡量企业在市场中的“势”,其完整的概念是:企业家通过企业家精神,通过构建企业组织构架、制定企业制度、塑造企业文化,把集聚的资源以某种方式组合起来,形成在市场中的势能。
     本文将企业位势理论应用到铁路建筑企业中,对铁路建筑企业的企业位势进行分析,建立了铁路建筑企业位势理论,并给出铁路建筑企业位势评价体系。深入地分析了铁路建筑企业规模要素,铁路建筑企业素质要素,以及企业市场导向要素,明确了建立企业位势,铁路建筑企业需要努力的方向。本论文主要的研究工作和创新包括:
     (1)将企业位势理论引入铁路建筑领域。从企业规模、企业素质和市场导向三个方面入手。在讨论了铁路建筑企业的现状和特征后,明确提出铁路建筑企业的企业位势的影响因素。对于铁路建筑企业来说,企业规模的影响要素主要是企业战略定位;企业素质的影响因素主要包括企业的人力资源管理和企业资本运营;市场导向的影响因素主要是指企业的形象建设、企业文化建设和企业信息化建设。
     (2)论述了铁路建筑企业应该如何提升自身的企业位势,在企业规模方面,明确了铁路建筑企业应该如何对自身进行定位;在企业素质方面,强调了铁路建筑企业人力资源管理和资本运营的重要性,并详细介绍了人力资源管理中应该注意的问题和企业进行资本运营的目的和手段;在企业市场导向方面,分析了企业形象建设、企业文化建设和企业信息化建设对于铁路建筑企业的市场导向具有重要的影响。讨论了企业形象建设的构成部分和建设方法,企业文化的重要作用和建设方法,以及企业信息化在铁路建筑企业中的独特应用。
     (3)构造了铁路建筑企业的企业位势评价指标体系和评价方法。对铁路建筑企业的企业位势进行实证研究。根据铁路建筑企业的企业位势的评价方法及指标体系,搜集中国铁建股份有限公司1999年和2008年的经营数据,分析与评价中国铁建股份有限公司的企业位势变化。
     企业位势理论为研究企业的成长提供了新的视角和思路。本文将企业位势理论应用到铁路建筑企业中,通过对企业位势理论的理解和对铁路建筑企业的特点的分析,提出了铁路建筑企业的企业位势的主要构成因素和提升企业位势的主要手段。最后论文根据企业位势理论建立了铁路建筑企业的企业位势评价指标体系,并以中国铁建为例,分析了企业位势理论指导铁路建筑企业发展的有效性。希望本文可以为中国铁路建筑企业的发展提供一些有益的帮助。
Because of the trend of the economic globalization in the world, the construction enterprises in China are facing the international and domestic markets, which is the great opportunity to the construction enterprises in China. The construction enterprises in China are also facing the competitors from the two markets, which is the great challenge too. It is a serious question to all the construction enterprises, especially the large state-owned construction enterprises, to figure out how to survival, develop and grow in the turbulent environment.
     Potential theory is derived from mathematics and physics, intended to refer to the location and potential. According to the potential in the physics, Enterprise potential is prosperd to measure the potential of an enterprise in the market. The complete concept of enterprise potential is that entrepreneurs is using the entrepreneurship, by building organizational framework to develop enterprise system, to create a corporate culture to gather the resources together in some way, to form the potential energy of a enterprise in the market.
     In this paper, the theory of enterprise potential is applied in the railway construction enterprise. The enterprise potential of railway construction enterprise is analyzed from the three aspects:enterprise scale, enterprise quality and enterprise market-oriented. The main results and innovations of this paper are as following:
     (1) In this paper, the theory of enterprise potential is applied in the railway construction enterprise. After the analyses of the status and features of the construction enterprise, the author proposed that the element of the enterprises scale is the targeting corporate strategy, the elements of the enterprise quality are the human resource management and capital operation, and the elements of the enterprise market-oriented are the corporate image building, corporate culture and enterprise information building.
     (2) The author explains the ways to increase the enterprise potential. In terms of enterprise scale, the article explains how the railway construction companies to locate their own. In terms of enterprise quality, the author discusses the importance of the human resources management and the capital operation. The author discusses the problems which should be paid attentions to in the building of human resources management, and the reason, purpose and means of the capital operation. In terms of enterprise market-oriented, the author analyzes the importance of corporate image building, corporate culture and enterprise information building to the railway construction companies. The author also discusses the components of corporate image building and its'building, the important role of corporate culture and its'building and the unique role of corporate information to the railway construction companies.
     (3) The author built the evaluation index system and evaluation methods of the enterprise potential of the construction enterprise. The author gives an empirical research of the enterprise potential of the railway construction enterprise. The author evaluates the enterprise potential of the China Railway Construction Corporation according to the data form1999and2008.
     Enterprise potential theory provides a new perspective and ideas to research the growth of the enterprise. Enterprise potential is applied to the railway construction companies in this article, by the researching the enterprise potential theory and the characteristics of the railway construction business analysis, the main components of potential of the railway construction business enterprises are proposed and the means of enhancing enterprise potential are also proposed too. Finally, according to the enterprise potential theory the article is proposed an index system to evaluate the railway construction enterprise potential. By using the China Railway Construction Corporation as an example, the article analyzes the effectiveness of the enterprise potential theory of railway construction companies. I hope this can be helpful to the development of Chinese railway construction companies.
