高速公路企业核心竞争力研究

摘要
高速公路以其快捷、畅通、安全、舒适等特点受到广大驾乘人员的欢迎,已经成为了驾车出行者的首选。国内的高速公路企业也在短时间内经历了快速的发展,这些企业急需相关理论的指导以提升企业竞争能力,实现做大做强。
     本文重点通过企业核心竞争力的理论分析、高速公路企业核心竞争力的构成要素分析、山东高速股份公司核心竞争力个案分析等研究,全面探讨高速公路企业在企业核心竞争力建设方面所存在的问题,揭示问题的根源,提出理论分析模型,并就核心竞争力的建设提出可行性方案,具有重要的理论和现实意义。一方面,专门针对国内高速公路企业核心竞争力的研究几乎没有,而国内的高速公路行业却经历了快速的发展,理论指导的滞后与企业的快速发展形成了鲜明的矛盾,本文就是借助企业核心竞争力建立的普遍理论,为高速公路企业建立有针对性的核心竞争力理论框架,建立高速公路行业的竞争力模型,丰富高速公路行业管理和发展的理论和实践成果,以指导高速公路行业、企业更好地发展。另一方面,在高速公路网络化、信息化不断拓展的形势下,高速公路运营管理的主体之——高速公路企业却囿于本质盈利性与行业公益性的矛盾、政策垄断性与运营高效性的矛盾、企业经营永续性与主营资产阶段性的矛盾,这一定程度上制约了高速公路的可持续快速发展,因此,高速公路企业迫切需要建立危机意识、竞争意识和可持续发展意识,培育企业核心竞争力,为高速公路运营企业可持续快速发展提供理论依据。
     本文创新性地提出了高速公路企业核心竞争力概念。同时,本文构建了高速公路企业核心竞争力指标体系,目前,专门针对行业进行的核心竞争力指标体系构建研究相对较少,不利于高速公路企业的健康快速发展。本文还提出高速公路企业核心竞争力培育模型和方法,对于高速公路企业培育核心竞争力提出可实施的步骤和方法。此外,本文分析了反映高速公路企业可持续成长的影响因素;然后运用因子分析的方法,针对我国上市高速公路企业的样本数据,计算出高速公路企业可持续成长的综合得分,这个分值的高低就代表企业的成长的潜力;最后从高速公路企业可持续发展的角度出发,利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对我国高速公路企业可持续成长效率进行了实证分析。
Expressway has been the first choices for drivers due to its characteristics of quickness, convenience, safety and comfort. The Chinese expressway enterprises have also experienced the fast development in a short time. So it is urgent for these enterprises to acquire correlated theories to promote their competitive ability and to realize themselves stronger and greater.
     Through the theoretical analysis of enterprise core competence, the analysis of integrant parts of expressway enterprises' core competence and the case study of Shandong Expressway Company Limited, this thesis dicusses the problems that exist in constructing the core competences of expressway enterprises, probes the related reasons and then proposes the theoretical analysis model and the feasible projects on the construction of core competence that has the important theoretical and practical significance. On the one hand there is little research focus on core competitiveness of domestic expressway companies. Howeve the domestic expressway profession has actually experienced the fast development. Consequently, the theoretical instruction has confronted with the fast development of expressway companies. Spported by the general theory of the establishment of competitiveness, this thesis sets up the theoretical framework for the core competence of the expressway enterprise, and establishes the competitive power model for expressway industry. On the whole, the related research has enriched the theoreotical and the practiccal achievement of expressway management and, can instruct the true development of the expressway profession. On the other hand, under the situation that the network and the informationization of expressway are inceasing, expressway enterprises have contradicted with following problems:the paradox between the essential goal of making profit and the profession goal of public welfare, the paradox between the monopolization of policies and the efficency of operation, and the paradox between the indissolubility of enterprise operation and the gradual feasibility of main business, which restrict the fast sustainable development of expressway companies. Therefore, it is urgent for the expressway enterprise to establish the consciousness of risk, competitive spirit and sustainable development. So the cultivation of enterprise core competitiveness can provide the theoreotical basis for fast sustainable development of the expressway operation enterprises.
     This thesis innovatively puts forward the concept of core competence of expresswayway enterprise. The industry of expressway in China is a quite new profession, which has certain of administrative color and monopoly nature. But the service provided by expressway companies also has the attribute of quasi-public goods. Therefore, the expressway enterprise is a kind of special enterprise from special profession, so the object of this thesis itself has the innovation significance. At the same time, this thesis has also constructed the core competence indicator system of expressway enterprises. At present, there is few research aimming at the indicator system of core competitiveness for a given industry and even no one related with expressway industry, which do not favor the healthy development of expressway enterprises. This thesis also proposes that the cultivation model and method for the core competitiveness of expressway enterprise, which can cultivate the core competitiveness of expressway enterprises, and enhance the formulation of detailed overall planning for the core competitiveness of expressway enterprises.
