当代领导创新研究
摘要
“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”“一个没有创新能力的民族，难以屹立于世界先进民族之林。”当今，我国正处于进行经济体制改革和政治体制改革并以改革来推动现代化建设进程的新时期，建设有中国特色社会主义现代化需要创新，建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制需要创新，坚持和发展马克思主义也需要创新，创新是实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略选择。
由于领导就是站在大家前面和时代潮流前头引导、率领大家不断向前奋进和夺取胜利的活动或过程，领导创新创造并代表着先进的生产力和先进的文化，符合并代表着领导客体的根本利益，实际也就是落实“三个代表”重要思想的具体领导过程。它不仅给全社会的进步与发展带来不竭的动力，而且还直接形成核心的生产力和竞争力，形成直接而丰硕的现实成果，因此，领导干部创新是创新体系的核心和动力。
创新是一种能力，凝结着领导者举一反三、触类旁通、吐故纳新和扬长避短的智慧。它不仅表现为新思想、新技术和新产品的发明创造和应用，而且表现为善于发现问题、求新求变、积极探究的心理取向。创新能力也“绝不仅仅是一种智力特征，更是一种人格特征，是一种精神状态，是一种综合素质。领导创新的重要意义?当代社会影响领导者创新的因素有哪些?领导者在工作中如何进行创新?笔者运用哲学、心理学的基本原理、观点和方法，从以下四个部分系统地阐明了这些问题：第一部分——创新与领导创新的意义；第二部分——领导创新的主要内容；第三部分——国内外创新发展现状及影响因素；第四部分——领导者实现创新的有效途径。
历史己跨入二十一世纪，我们所从事的社会主义建设事业，正面临着许多新得机会和挑战，创新将是当代及未来的主旋律。希望各行各业的领导者都能意识到这一点，并围绕这一主题去思考，去实践……。

Leading is a kind of activity or process that the leader stands in front of the multitude and the time, and leads everybody continuously forward and rob victory, Leader's innovation creates and represents advanced productivity and advanced culture, Leader's innovation match and represent the leaded-guest basic benefits. In reality, it is a specific lead process of important thought of" three representatives", It not only brings power that does not exhaust to advance and development of whole society , but also becomes directly the core's productivity and the competition ability, and becomes firsthand and plenteous realistic result. Therefore, leader's innovation is Core and power of innovation system.
