膜生物反应器深度处理生活污水试验研究

摘要
本文对膜生物反应器深度处理生活废水的工艺特性进行了研究,其长期运行结果表明:膜生物反应器对生活废水中化学需氧量(COD_(Cr)),氨氮(NH_3-N),固体悬浮物(SS),具有较高的去除率,实验出水水质稳定,处理效果优良,其中COD_(Cr)<20mg/L,NH3-N<1.0mg/L,SS为0,满足污水回用的要求。并研究了膜生物反应器中膜污染划分,根据物理清洗和化学清洗的效果,将膜污染划分为可清洗污染和不可清洗污染。针对可清洗污染设计了泥饼层在线控制装置,研究了抽停间歇操作和污泥沉积层在线控制相结合的可清洗污染控制工艺;针对不可逆污染,探索了在线药洗的去除效果,并初步探讨了某表面活性剂膜表面改性防治生物污染的措施。
The effect of the advanced treatment of domestic wastewater by using membrane bioreactor was investigated. Long-term operation had showed that the membrane bioreactor(MBR) had a good effect on the removal of chemical oxygen demand(CODcr), ammonia nitrogen( NHs-N), solid suspended substance(SS). The quality of the effluent had good stability, and the treated wastewater can be reused. The membrane fouling is divided into two parts: hydraulic cleanable and hydraulic uncleanable, based on the effects of hydraulic cleaning. A newly designed apparatus is employed to control the cake layer fouling on-line, coupled with the intermittent operating system, the hydraulic cleanable fouling is decreased. Based on the effects of different chemical cleaning methods hydraulic uncleanable fouling is subdivided into organic fouling, inorganic fouling and biologic fouling. On-line chemical cleaning of irreversible fouling was studied. Finally a surfactant was employed to minimize biologic fouling, with which the membrane surface is modified.
