米切姆技术哲学思想初探

摘要
卡尔·米切姆是美国当代杰出的技术哲学家、应用伦理学家，多年来致力于技术哲学的研究和教学工作。他对技术哲学传统的划分在国际技术哲学界引起了巨大反响。本文运用比较法和文献法等方法对米切姆的技术哲学思想进行较为粗浅的述评，探讨其划分“工程的技术哲学”和“人文的技术哲学”两种技术哲学历史传统的真正目的，论析其技术形态论在深化技术本质论方面的重要意义，阐述其技术哲学研究伦理转向的标志和原因，以米切姆技术伦理研究为基础，尝试预测了技术伦理研究的未来发展趋势。
技术哲学在我国尚属年轻的学科，技术哲学的发展需要国际合作与交流。本文既是对米切姆技术哲学思想的尝试性探索，又是介绍国外知名学者学术思想的一项基础性工作。
Carl Mitcham is a famous philosopher of technology and applied ethicist in the United States. For lots of years he devoted himself to the research and education of philosophy of technology. He distinguished the engineering philosophy of technology(EPT)and the humanity philosophy of technology ( HPT) , which has brought forth great response in the international area of philosophy of technology studies. It mainly uses reference method and comparison method to generally describe and comment Carl Mitcham's thoughts on philosophy of technology. It discusses the true aim of his distinction between engineering philosophy of technology and humanity philosophy of technology. It also describes and analyses his theory on types of technology and the significance of it. It trials to put forward that Carl Mitcham's attention has turned to ethics of technology, then it analyzes the background and reasons of such turn. On basis of Carl Mitcham's studies on ethics of technology, it forecasts the future tendency of technologi
cal ethics studies.
Philosophy of technology is a young discipline in China. It needs international cooperation and exchange to push its development. It is a trial to explore Carl Mitcham's thoughts on philosophy of technology as well as a primary introduction of foreign famous scholars' academic thoughts.
技术哲学在我国尚属年轻的学科，技术哲学的发展需要国际合作与交流。本文既是对米切姆技术哲学思想的尝试性探索，又是介绍国外知名学者学术思想的一项基础性工作。
Carl Mitcham is a famous philosopher of technology and applied ethicist in the United States. For lots of years he devoted himself to the research and education of philosophy of technology.
