大学生价值观教育存在的问题分析与对策探讨
摘要
价值观教育是一个永恒的课题，价值观教育又是一个动态的课题，在不同的历史时期、不同的客观现实背景下，价值观教育从内容到形式都会有不同表现。我国处于社会转型时期的当代大学生价值观教育倍受关注，因为这关系到国家的前途，社会的稳定，个人的健康发展。如何正确认识和把握大学生价值观教育，探索当前大学生价值观教育的有效途径和对策，是新世纪思想政治教育迫切需要研究和解答的问题。本文以马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论及“三个代表”重要思想为指导，以加强大学生价值观教育工作为出发点和归宿点，综合运用思想政治教育学的有关理论以及哲学、社会学、伦理学、心理学等人文社会科学的相关知识，对这一问题作了深入的探讨。
论文首先从价值观的含义、价值观教育在高校思想政治教育中的地位以及大学生价值观教育的意义等几方面阐述了大学生价值观教育的重要性。接着分析了目前大学生价值观教育存在的问题及原因，这是本文的一个重点，本文主要从价值观教育的理念、目标、内容、实施途径及方式、评价机制及教育主体的素质等方面来考察分析当前大学生价值观教育缺乏实效的具体表现。在此基础上，论文提出了加强大学生价值观教育的对策思考，这也是全文的重点和核心所在。本文提出的对策思考主要包括：提升理念；明确目标；准确把握内容；创新模式，拓宽渠道；科学评价；提高教育主体素养等。
Education of Values is an everlasting and also a dynamic thesis. It manifests differently in different time and under different extensive background. In China, people pay double attention to the students' education of values when our society reforming, because it has close contact with the future of our country, steady of society and the students' individual healthy development. How to cognize and grasp the students' education of values and explore the effective approaches and countermeasures to the students' education of values is a problem badly needs researching and solving in the aspect of political and ideological education in the new century. Holding up as the guide Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, this dissertation applies relevant theories of political and ideological education, and also applies relevant theories of philosophy and sociology and morality and psychology, in order to discuss the problem of deeply probes into the issue of the students' education of values adequately.
First this dissertation expounds the importance of the students' education of values from the aspects of the implication of values, the status of the students' education of values in the political and ideological education in university, the significance of the students' education of values. Then it analyzes the problems of nowadays the students' education of values from the aspects of idea, purpose, content, approaches of actualization, mode, evaluation of the effect and the educators' ability. Reinforcing the exploration of the countermeasures of the students' education of values is also a main point and core of the dissertation. This dissertation expounds from the following six aspects: upgrading the ideas, defining the purpose, grasping the content exactly, innovating the mode, evaluating the effect reasonably and improving the educators' ability, etc.
