因素分析与评价型决策支持系统研究与应用

摘要
本论文是围绕吉林省科技发展计划项目“吉林省软件产业现状分析与发展对策研究”进行的,试图设计开发面向因素分析和评价问题的一个决策支持系统,这一系统的设计与实现具有普遍的适用性。针对一个具体的问题,在众多的影响因素中采用DEMATEL等系统方法识别主要因素;对系统评价与决策问题采用协调分析、模糊综合评判、层次分析原理(AHP)、数据包络分析(DEA)等多指标评价与分析模型与方法,实现评价过程的定性定量相集成、人脑电脑相集成的科学化。作为实证研究,本论文将设计的决策支持系统用于吉林省软件产业发展的影响因素分析和绩效评价,为吉林省软件产业的发展对策研究提供科学的决策支持。
     全文共分为五章。第一章为绪论,介绍了问题的提出、研究目标、研究内容、研究方法,论述了决策支持系统的发展现状。第二章论述了将因素识别与分析评价DEMATEL模型、协调分析模型、层次分析AHP模型等综合集成于一体的TN法体系,初步提出了多目标变权协调分析的数学模型,探讨了TN法在吉林省软件产业发展问题中的应用。第三章介绍了一种用于多指标评价与效率分析的评价方法DEA方法,这也是我们设计的因素分析与评价型决策支持系统中的重要模型与方法,可以直接用于吉林省软件产亚的绩效评价与效益分析,为决策部门提供许多有用的管理信息和经济信息。第四章论述了基于TN法体系、DEA方法等原理的因素分析与评价型决策支持系统(Decision Support System for FactorsAnalyzing and Evaluating,简记FAEDSS)的设计与计算机实现。第五章为本文结论。
This paper is to design one decision support system for factor analyzing and evaluating (FAEDSS), supported by the scientific and technological project of Jilin province (200207019). The paper introduced TN method and data envelopment analysis (DEA) together into the development and design of FAEDSS. By integrating DEMATEL, concordance analysis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the analytic hierarchy process and DEA, FAEDSS established its databank, model bank, algorithm bank and help subsystem with the aid of VB 6.0, MATLAB and other computer program language and recognized the integration of qualitativeness and quantitativeness, human brain and electron brain for factor analyzing and systematic evaluating. FAEDSS was applied to the development problem of Jilin provincial software industry in factor analyzing and efficiency evaluating of software enterprises.
    This paper includes five chapters. Chapter 1 described the objective, contents and method of the research and presented the current status of decision support system (DSS). Chapter 2 introduced TN methodology system including DEMATEL, concordance analysis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the analytic hierarchy process. The basic mathematical model of concordance analysis of multicriteria decision-making with varied weight was established. And the applications of TN method in the development problem study of Jilin provincial software industry were given. Chapter 3 presented data envelopment analysis (DEA) and showed its application in benefit analysis and efficiency measurement of Jilin provincial software industry. Chapter 4 elaborated the design and computer recognization of FAEDSS based on TN method and DEA.
