义务教育阶段九年一贯制学校办学模式的探讨

摘要

本文立足于义务教育意义的认识，及对学制问题的新认识上来探讨九年一贯制学校办学模式中存在优势及不足，并着重对九年一贯制学校发展策略进行探讨。指出在经济发达地区，九年一贯制学校办学模式是一种发展趋势，它应成为九年义务教育实施素质教育的一种主要办学模式。在不断深化素质教育改革的今日，九年一贯制学校亦将获得更多的机遇!
     本文分四部分：
     第一部分：提出研究问题的缘由：探索义务教育阶段学校办学模式，建立九年一贯制学校办学模式的实践是贯彻《义务教育法》的需要，是深化素质教育的要求，是实践过程中提出的一个新课题。
     第二部分：对义务教育阶段办学模式进行基本研究。文章回顾义务教育提出的过程，提炼出义务教育的本质属性与非本质特征，对我国的学制体系进行新的认识，提出应把义务教育的九年作为一个整体来理解，提出“六·三"、“五·四”、“九年一贯制”不应是传统意义上的学制，而应是一种具体的办学模式。
     第三部分：对九年一贯制学校办学模式的产生与发展、目标与任务、办学形式、改革政策依据、国外的九年一贯制学校进行阐述，并选取具体学校实践实例作为个案进行探讨，对九年一贯制学校的发展优势，存在不足进行分析，并重点探讨了九年一贯制学校的发展策略。
     第四部分：提出九年义务教育的立法保障和基础教育的功能决定了一贯制的精神应该是长存的。九年一贯制学校的创立是一种发展趋势，它应成为九年义务教育实施素质教育的一种重要办学模式，在深化素质教育的今天，它将获得更多的机遇和更大的变革。
The thesis talks about the instructions of the compulsory education. Pointing out the advantage and disadvantage of the nine-year coherent style school. Also the article thinks that the nine-year coherent style school has the trend development. It will become the main style of the nine-year coherent education and it will also get more developing chance in the deepen-reforming day. The thesis is divided into 4 parts:
    Part 1: "The reason of the research problem" indicates that it is instructive to probe the schooling style both in the theory and practice.
    Part 2: go on the basic research of the schooling style during the nine -year compulsory education period. The thesis outlines the original characteristic and non-original points. The article also has the renew recognition of the schooling system. Suggesting that nine-year compulsory education should be treated as a whole period. "Six plus three," "five plus four", "nine year coherent schooling"system should be known as the different specific style of the schooling.
    Part 3: Emphasis on the nine-year coherent school's origin, object and task, the policy accordance, The nine-year coherent school in the foreign country, the advantage and disadvantage of the school's development. This part focuses on the strategy of the development.
    Part 4: Suggest the coherence should be long-exist according to the law and function. The setting of the nine-year coherent school is the trend of the development. It will become an important style of schooling. It will have bright future.
