我国风险投资及其比较研究

摘要
本次研究的对象是当前备受关注的风险投资。
为了推动高科技产业的发展，实现经济结构调整，我国政府对发展风险投资给予了高度重视。但风险投资在全球范围的运作实践表明，它不是商业神话，也并非所有国家的风险投资事业都获得了成功，关键要看是否具备良性的风险投资机制。鉴于我国风险投资业曾有失败的经历，而且当前的风险投资热潮中存在着某些急功近利的认识，本文认为，对风险投资的实质做深刻的研究和认识，是发展风险投资的前提和基础。
美国是风险投资的发源地，被公认为风险投资运作的成功典范，但事实上，美国风险投资业也是经历了曲折才得以发展的，这个过程里有许多值得后继者汲取的经验和教训，本文试从中探求出风险投资的实质意义，并与国内的情况相比较，以此分析我们自身存在的问题，并探讨对策，为正在发展的中国风险投资带来一些有益的启示。
The object of this thesis is the present venture capital receiving much concern.
In order to impel the development of the high tech industry; realize the readjustment of the economic structure. Our government has paid great attention in developing venture capital. But the practice of the venture capital in the global scope has indicated that, it is not the commercial myth, not all the venture capital projects of the countries have succeed. It is critical to see whether it has benign venture capital system or not. Considering the venture capital project of our country has experienced the failing, and that some cognition eager for quick success and instant benefit exists in the present venture capital upsurge, I think that the profound study and realization to the essence of the venture capital is the premise and foundation to develop venture capital.
U.S.A. is the birthplace of venture capital, recognized as the successful model of the venture capital operating. But in fact the US venture capital project has also gone through the frustration and then can develop, in this process experiences and lessons are worth of successor's deriving. This article tries to seek essence significance of the venture capital, and compare with the domestic situation, to analyze our own existing problems and discuss the countermeasure and bring some helpful enlightenment for the China venture capital that is developing.
为了推动高科技产业的发展，实现经济结构调整，我国政府对发展风险投资给予了高度重视。但风险投资在全球范围的运作实践表明，它不是商业神话，也并非所有国家的风险投资事业都获得了成功，关键要看是否具备良性的风险投资机制。鉴于我国风险投资业曾有失败的经历，而且当前的风险投资热潮中存在着某些急功近利的认识，本文认为，对风险投资的实质做深刻的研究和认识，是发展风险投资的前提和基础。
