基于WEB三维模型的反求软件系统研究

摘要
反求技术(反求工程、逆向工程、反求设计)是企业在产品竞争中,为了战胜对手而发展起来的一种现代工程技术。传统的实物反求技术通过各种测量手段,获取产品的点云信息,经软件处理后反求出产品的结构形状、尺寸参数,但其前提条件是必须具有产品实物。
    随着互联网技术的发展,互联网上以三维WEB模型方式出现的宣传产品也越来越多。这些产品都是国外技术和经验的长期积累。如能借用反求工程的思想,将网上产品的三维WEB模型信息进行加工提取,即对三维模型进行反求,再通过反求技术来借鉴、模仿甚至克隆国外先进的产品和设计方法,则可迅速缩短我们和国外在产品设计方面的差距。因此,研究三维WEB模型(产品)的反求技术是一项非常有用和具有新意的工作。
    本课题围绕三维WEB模型(产品)的反求技术开展了大量的研究工作,并取得了以下一些研究成果:
    首先,针对制造业新产品开发的需求和现状,进行了深入的调查和分析,明确了WEB三维模型反求软件系统开发的重点。
    其次,综合分析了WEB三维模型的特点和格式文件,提出了WEB三维模型反求的技术路线及总体方案。
    论文着重研究了WEB三维模型反求的两种方法:STL反求及MDT反求,即是将WEB三维模型(主要是VRML格式)的数据格式转换为CAD/CAM可以识别的STL格式和MDT格式,并具体实现了这两种方法。
    最后成功地开发了具有可视化功能的反求软件原型系统,其相关研究成果已通过专家验收。
Reverse technology (reverse engineering, reverse design, converse engineering) is a modern engineering technology which is developed for enterprise to conquer competitors in the product competition. Traditional entity reverse technology is adopted to acquire point cloud information of product through many kinds of measurements, the point cloud information are processed with software, and it could be reversed to obtain shape, dimensions, precision of the product, but the precondition is that it must have entity reversed.
    With the development of internet technology, more and more products are used in the mode of three dimensions model on the net. If we could borrow ideas of the reverse engineering to process and pick up the information of three-dimension model of product on the net, and then we could use for reference or imitate foreign advanced product and design with reverse technology. By this means, it could narrow the gap of product design between our country and other developed countries. Therefore, researches on the reverse technology of three-dimension web model are of great use and new meaning.
    It has made researches on the reverse technology of three-dimension model, and obtained the research results as follows:
    Firstly, with the demand and current situations of new product development in the manufacturing industry, it makes a deep research and analyses to make sure the focus of software system of three-dimension web model.
    Secondly, it makes a comprehensive analysis on characteristics and formats of three-dimension web models, and brings forwards the approaches and general solutions for the reverse.
    The paper makes emphases on the two means for the reverse of three-dimension web model: STL reverse and MDT reverse. It transforms the three-dimension web model (mainly in VRML format) into the STL format and MDT format, which can be identified in CAD/CAM. The paper also makes the discussions over these two approaches.
    Finally, we have succeeded in developing prototype system of reverse software, which possesses the function of visualization, and the system has been verified and
    
    accepted by the experts.
