基于C/S、B/S混合模式的注射模具报价系统

摘要
计算机、网络和通信技术的飞速发展,给企业带来新的变革。单就市场竞争而言,21世纪的竞争又有了新的特点:产品寿命周期越来越短、产品品种越来越多、对交货期的需求越来越高、对产品和服务的期望越来越高。所以如何使得企业能够在一开始就能向客户报出一个合理的、令客户满意的报价单,但同时又不牺牲自己的利益,对于企业来说具有着十分重要的意义。询价与报价是客户与企业接触的第一步,是企业获得潜在客户、获得客户订单、挽留住老客户的重要一环。如果这一环节处理得不好,企业就会丢失客户、丧失订单,甚至使以往的老客户转而投向竞争对手,所以询价与报价的管理和决策是企业管理中的一项重要内容。
     就目前我国模具价格而言,缺少权威性强、适用性广的的模具价格计算方法,人为因素影响很大,这些都造成了我国模具的价格的混乱。通过到相关企业的调研,在系统深入分析了注射模具报价业务的特点和现状的基础上,结合模具企业已有的Intranet环境、模具企业长期的需求习惯方式以及将来业务和经营方式的发展趋势,结合计算机技术的优势,提出了“改进工时法”的模具价格计算方法。为满足模具报价系统软件数据量大、种类多、数据库管理灵活、安全性要求高的需求,针对C/S、B/S模式的各自优缺点,软件研制采用C/S和B/S混合结构模式,把业务复杂、数据处理频繁、数据传输量大、安全性要求高的业务需求,运用了C/S结构模式;对于面向范围广、安全性要求不高的业务,运用了B/S结构模式。这样集C/S和B/S结构的优点,满足了模具报价业务不同的特点需求,同时,也使企业原有的经营处理应用系统能够平滑过渡,也为满足今后新的需求提供了很好的扩展性。
     论文首先分析了相关的国内外研究以及当前模具报价的现状,并在研究了模具价格的组成及其报价的理论和方法、结合模具报价业务流程和特点的基础上,通过比较当前较流行的几种报价方法的前提下,选择便于量化的工时法报价方法作为报价系统的理论基础,同时结合报价计算机化的优势,将该方法进行改良,使得更加便于模具企业进行报价工作。在分析了C/S和B/S结构的模具报价系统各自的优缺点以后,论述了采用C/S、B/S混合结构模式的可行性及优势。
     在第三章、第四章讨论了C/S、B/S的体系结构、相关技术,以及软件开发平台和数据库系统的选取和构建。说明了基于C/S和B/S混合结构模式的设计与实现,包括系统的需求分析,系统的解决方案,系统的体系结构、数据流图、功能模块图以及各关键技术的应用。从多方面获取和组织报价参数和报价数据,理

    顺各数据之间的关系。以实体一关系(E一R)模型设计数据模式,选取Ms sQL
    Server7作为数据库,建立了数据库的物理结构,并对数据库的动态连接进行了
    详细的阐述。同时提出了两种安全方案相结合的数据安全机制。利用DelPhi编程
    语言,完成C/S和B/S两大主要的报价子系统。C/S子系统主要包括人员管理、
    数据管理、报价管理、日志管理四大主要模块。B/s利用ActiveX技术实现了网
    上报价。在第四章的最后用一个实际的工程算例说明了所研制软件系统的准确性
    和实用性。
     论文的最后,展望了模具报价系统的发展方向。
The rapid development of computer, network and communication technology brings new revolution to enterprise. For example, in the field of market competition in 21 century there are many new points: Product life cycle is shorter, product variety become more and more, in opposition client's demands in goods and services are much higher. So how to get enterprise in a position that at the beginning of quotation, give the client a rational and satisfying bid, therefor at the same time not sacrifice oneself is very important. Inquiry and quoted is clients and enterprises' initial osculatory, and also plays an important role to obtain latency client, get client order, detain old client. If enterprises ignore them ,they will lost old clients, orders, even make clients turn to the competitors, so Inquiry and quoted supervision and decision are of consequence in business management.
    To mould rate in China, There is not an authoritative and applicable calculation of mould price. Because of the large impact of human factor, the price of mould is very confusable. Through the study to correlation enterprises,the analysis on quotation's status quo, available intranet environment, long-term mode, developing trend of operation and management in mould enterprises and along with computers' predominance, this paper put forward "modified working hour calculation method of mould price". In order to get data and variety more, database management agiler, security requirement higher, basing on C/S,B/S pattern merits and disadvantages,the development of this software adopts C/S and B/S mixed pattern separately. C/S pattern deals with high processing frequency, large transmission of data, high security requirement and B/S pattern with wide scope business,low security requirement. In this way, C/S and B/S mixed mode makes use of C/S and B/S' merits, fulfils different demands in mould quotation business,
    at the same time, urges smooth transition of the enterprise inherent management and offers corking expansibility to new demand.
    First the paper analyses the concurrent quoted theory inland and overseas, the actuality of quotation business, the component of mould price, incorporates mould offer operation and point ,compares currently popular offer's theories and methods, selects working hour calculation method of mould price as theoretic base and modify it with computers predominance, then analyses the advantages and disadvantages of C/S and B/S pattern and demonstrates the feasibilities and superiorities of mixed pattern.
    In the third and fourth chapter, the paper reasons the system structure of C/S and
    
    
    B/S, the key techniques, the tools of software development and the selection of DBMS. The paper expounds the design and implement based on the mixed pattern of C/S and B/S. It consists of demanding analysis, system structure, data flowing diagram, function module and the application of key techniques, takes and organizes offer parameter and data, uses entity-relation(E-R)pattern to design data pattern, selects MS SQL Server 7 as database, founds database physical structure. It gives a detailed expounding about database's dynamic links, gives out a security mechanism combined by two kinds of security scheme. It uses Delphi programming language to complete two subsystems: C/S and B/S. C/S subsystem mostly includes user management, data management, offer management, log sup management four modules. B/S uses activeX technology to realize quotation on net. At last, it specifies by an actual engineering reckon example that proves the software system' veracity and practicability.
    In the last part, the paper sums up the key points and gives an expectation of developing direction of mould quotation system.
