摘要

随着全球网络经济与信息技术的发展，一场前所未有的管理模式与思想观念的变革在全球范围内兴起。网络经济在银行管理与其金融服务业中的扩散，促进了金融服务组织机构与服务提供形式的创新，网络银行就是这种创新的具体成果之一。
     网络银行在开放式Internet环境中的普及应用，必将推动电子商务的迅速发展，加速网络经济的形成，并直接影响金融和经济的发展。本文正是在这一形势下选择这个课题，进行分析与研究的。
     在本文中，首先，分别阐述了网络银行的概念，电子商务与银行业的关系；之后，从货币金融学与经济学的角度评述网络银行对商业银行制度变迁的影响以及网络银行的外部性和规模经济理论、服务的定价理论与定价策略，竞争优势理论的分析。通过收集大量资料，介绍了国内外网络银行的发展与现状，客观地剖析我国网络银行发展中面临诸如法规不完善、技术落后、信用风险、管理操作性和网络安全风险等问题，并提出了相应的对策思路。论文最后，概括了我国网络银行发展的决定因素，描绘了其美好的发展前景。
With the development of global network economy and information technology, the reform of management model and ideal conception is rising in the world. Due to the diffusing of the banking management in network economy and its effect in financial service business, the financial innovation in service organization structure and service offering form is getting the great promotion. It also achieves the network bank.
    The common uses of network bank in opening internet environment made three results: first, it pushed the electronic commerce developing rapidly; second, it speeded the form of network economy; third, it effected the development of the finance and economy directly. The following disquisition will state and research these programs in details.
    In my description, I firstly explain the concept of network bank, the relation between electronic commerce and banking industry individually. Later, from currency finance and economics point of view, it comments the network bank on influence on the institutional variance in commercial bank, and expounds the theory of externality and scale economy of network bank, the theory and strategy of purchase money in service, the theory of competitive advantage. By the information collection, I present the development status of domestic and international network bank. Objectively analyze the problem of network bank, for example, incomplete code, backward technology, credit risks, management operation and network safety risks, attempt to find a solution against the problems above. Finally, I sum up the determinant in network bank developing in our country, and describe the better future.
