全桥开关型变换器电磁干扰模型分析与研究

摘要
针对电力电子变换技术的特点,对全桥开关型变换器的电磁兼容和电磁干扰问题进行了较为深入的分析研究。在对全桥开关型变换器电路工作原理分析的基础上,建立了全桥开关型变换器主要元器件的电磁干扰参数模型,利用Cadence软件对其PCB主要印制导线进行了建模分析和寄生参数的提取,得到了全桥开关型变换器传导干扰的共模、差模噪声电流等效电路模型以及噪声仿真模型,并运用Saber软件进行了传导性干扰噪声的仿真研究,分析了主要寄生参数对电路噪声的影响。最后总结分析了开关型变换器电磁兼容性优化设计的原则和方法。为开关型变换器电磁兼容性的进一步研究打下了良好的基础。
According to the characteristics of power electronics conversion technology,detailed analysis and study are made on the EMC and EMI of full bridge switching-mode converters. Based on the analysis of working principles of full bridge switching-mode converters,the EMI parameter models of the proposed circuits' main devices are established. With the software Cadence,model establishment and parasitic parameter extraction are made on the main PCB lines of the proposed circuits. Equivalent circuit models of common mode combined with differential mode current and noise simulation models are also established on full bridge switching-mode converters. Study on the simulation of conducted interference noise is made with the software Saber and the effects on the circuits' noise by the main parasitic parameters are also analyzed. In the end,principles and methods of optimal design of the EMC on full bridge switching-mode converters are analyzed. The analysis and study in this paper lay a good base for the further study o
