摘要

财政是国民经济的重要组成部份，是重要的宏观调控手段。财政信息不仅为财政政策的制定和完善提供了依据，还要为经济政策的研究和制定提供决策参考。财政信息的正确与否，事关全局，影响甚大。特别是随着适应社会主义市场经济体制的新的财政运行机制的建立、迫切地需要人们及时，全面和准确地掌握各方面的信息，为指导财政工作，科学决策提供高质量的信息服务。如何搞好财政信息工作，使它服务于财政、服务于社会，就是摆在我们面前的一个突出课题。
     本文拟通过分析财政信息的分类与特征，财政信息的来源的表现形式、财政信息的作用、财政信息流程，来构筑财政信息工作的发展方向和建设现代化财政信息系统的蓝图。
Finance is a important part of national economy, also a important macro-control maeans. Financial information is not only foundation to produce and optimize financial policies, but also foundation to research and make economical policies. Financial information influence economy greatly. Especially on today, Socialist Market Economy need people to master all kinds of information accuracily and on time, andprovide high- quality information service for guiding finance management and scientific decision-mading. How to manage financial information and made it serve for finance and society is aimportant subject for us.
    This article try to analyze categories of financial information character of financial information, form of origins of financial information, functions of financial information, regulations of finance information to valid financial information developing directions and build aggiornamento blueprint of finance information system.
