新机研制设计技术管理研究

摘要
现代飞机设计是一项十分庞大、众多学科专业高度交互的系统工程,要综合利用众多学科的最新技术成果。只有把传统的工程专业与特殊的工程专业予以综合,实施行之有效的现代化管理,才能提高飞机的设计质量,保证设计出的飞机既满足战术技术指标的要求,又有良好的经济性和战备完好性,实现以较低的维修保障费用满足部队的使用要求。研究新机研制设计技术管理,引入现代飞机设计规范化的设计技术管理方法和程序,将特殊的工程专业协调地纳入到飞机研制过程中,更新飞机设计概念,形成符合实际的设计技术管理方法,对提高现代化管理水平,具有理论和现实意义。
     本文结合某型中程空地导弹机和某型空舰导弹机不同阶段的研制,对飞机寿命周期各阶段设计技术管理和工程专业的综合进行了重点研究,把工程系统工程的原理和方法应用到飞机设计技术管理中,借鉴了国外飞机研制的先进管理方法,提出了飞机寿命周期各阶段设计技术管理和工程专业综合的规范化方法。所提出的设计技术管理和工程专业综合的方法,既吸取了国外飞机研制的先进经验,又结合了西飞公司的实际情况,方法合理可行,具有可操作性。
The design of modem airplane is a kind of large and complex system
    engineering that includes various specialties, and the newly technical
    achievement of the various specialties should be utilized multipurposly
    Only when the traditional engineering specialty and the special
    engineering specialty should be synthesized and managed effectively, the
    design quality will be improved insuring the airplane nOt only may meet
    the requirement of technical and tactical aims, but also has the well
    economy and tactical perfectness, so as to meet the requirement of anny
    with lower maintenance expenses. The design technical manage of
    airplane development is researched. The standardized design technical
    management method and program of modem airplane will be adOpted, so
    as to apply the special engineering specialty to the airplane development
    perfectly in order to renew airplane design concept, to form an actual
    design management method. This has the theoretical and practical
    significance to imProve the modern management leveI.
    In this paPer, the design technical management and synthesis of
    engineering specialty in each stage of airplane life span is discussed
    emPhasisly, in the light of the develOPment of a certain medium-range
    aifto-ground missile bomber and a certain air4o-ship missile bomber.
    The principle and method of engineering system engineering is adopted
    to the management of airplane design technique. By drawing on the

    ABSTRACT
    development, the standardized method of the design technical management and synthesis of engineering specialty in each stage of airplane life span is presented in this paper. This method is not only drawing on the advanced experience from foreign airplane development, but also considering the reality of XAC, and it is reasonable and feasible, has the maneuverability.
