智能楼宇监控系统的设计与实现

摘要
本文以玛莉蓝大厦监控系统为工程背景,经过对大厦的技术要求进行分析后,给出了智能楼宇监控系统的设计与实现方案,论文主要内容如下:
     1.论文介绍了智能楼宇的基本概念、发展趋势、监控系统的构成及其应用技术。
     2.论文给出了楼宇监控系统二级网络构成的设计方案,二级网络分别为现场控制级和集中管理级。现场控制级通过CAN总线实现数据的现场传输,集中管理级以Windows NT组网方式管理各子系统。两级网络之间通过CAN—PC适配卡进行通信。
     3.以消防报警监控系统为例,论文详细阐述了楼宇监控子系统的设计思路和实现方法。消防报警监控系统主要由数据通信、系统管理和数据库三个模块组成,数据通信模块分为现场数据通信和数据库通信两部分,论文应用CAN总线技术实现了现场数据通信、利用VB的Winsock控件实现了数据库通信、利用曼彻斯特数据编码技术提高数据的安全传输性能,最后运用VB设计了良好的人机界面。
     4.根据中央管理系统的功能的要求,设计了楼宇监控系统的数据库及相关的数据表,并利用VB的数据库管理技术来实现中央管理系统的数据查询、显示、管理、报表功能。
     5.提出了一种混合控制方法,根据该方法设计了空调混合控制器,该混合控制器综合了PID控制、Fuzzy控制和Bang-Bang控制特点,达到了三种控制方式优势互补的设计目标,计算机仿真结果表明了混合控制器具有较强的鲁棒性能。
     6.探讨了智能楼宇的网络构建问题,整个网络由主干网、楼层局域网,外界通信网三部分组成,采用防火墙技术进行网络安全管理。
     7.在结论中指出了因特网在智能楼宇中的应用前景。
This thesis is based on the project of Malilan Building. An Intelligent Building Monitoring and Control System is designed and realized based on analyzing technical requirements of the project. Research results of the thesis are as follows.
    1. The author introduces the basic concept > development trend > system structure and applied technique of the Intelligent Building.
    2. In this thesis, a two level networks design scheme of Intelligent Building Monitoring and Control System is given. The system includes two level networks which is Fieldsbus Control level based on CANbus and Management level based on Windows NT. Two level networks are communicated by CAN-PC card.
    3. Take Fire Control and Alarm System for example, the author detailedly describes the ideas of designing and the methods of realization for the Intelligent Building Monitoring and Control Sub-System. The system is made up data communication , system management and database. The data communication is composed of Fieldsbus data communication and database communication. The function of Fieldsbus data communication is realized by CANbus The function of database communication is realized by Winsock of VB. The author utilize technique of Manchester Encoding to improve the reliability of communication. The human machine interface is established by VB.
    4. In this thesis, SQL Server 6.0 is used to design a database and relative datasheets based on the requirements of Center Management. VB technique is applied to access the Database in order to meet the user's demands on data reading, writing > saving and reporting.
    5. A hybrid controller is designed to control air-condition based on the algorithm of hybrid control, which combines the characters of PID control Fuzzy control and Bang-Bang control merits. Simulation tests have been conducted and the results show the effective of the presented Controller.
    
    
    6. The network of the Intelligent Building is made up of three parts which are Backbone Network , Floor Local Area Network and External Network Communication. The technique of Firewall is used to guarantee the safety of the network .
    7. Some remarks on the applied foreground of Internet in Intelligent Building is given .
