西方职业指导理论发展研究
摘要
中文摘要：职业指导理论在西方已经有百年的发展历史，研究这百年职业指导理论的发展
具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文对西方职业指导理论的研究不同于以往静态的介绍
和评述，而是以西方代表性的职业指导理论为线索，结合社会历史背景，揭示职业指导理
论发展的动因和趋势。本研究共分五部分：第一部分，简单介绍了该课题研究的意义；第
二部分，对国内外相关的研究进行综合评述；第三部分，阐述西方职业指导理论发展的阶
段性特征；第四部分，进一步深入分析职业指导理论发展的动因，指出人与职业的对立统
一关系是职业指导理论发展的根本动因；第五部分，揭示了西方职业指导理论发展的历史
趋势。
Theories of Career Guidance in developed countries have a long history of a hundred
years. Study on this developmental course of them is necessary for establishing our own theory.
This paper is to reveal the motivation and trends of theories of Career Guidance in the Western,
by the clue of the classic theories of Career Guidance, which is different from other relevant
research. This article includes five sections. In the first section, the value of this study is
introduced. In the second section, some relevant issues on this subject are commented. In the
third section, characteristics of theories of Career Guidance in different periods are described. A
profound analysis on the motivation of theories of Career Guidance are given, that the unity of
opposites of man-career has promoted the development of theories of Career Guidance in the
fourth section. Finally, some developmental trends of theories of Career Guidance are revealed.
具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文对西方职业指导理论的研究不同于以往静态的介绍
和评述，而是以西方代表性的职业指导理论为线索，结合社会历史背景，揭示职业指导理
论发展的动因和趋势。本研究共分五部分：第一部分，简单介绍了该课题研究的意义；第
二部分，对国内外相关的研究进行综合评述；第三部分，阐述西方职业指导理论发展的阶
段性特征；第四部分，进一步深入分析职业指导理论发展的动因，指出人与职业的对立统
一关系是职业指导理论发展的根本动因；第五部分，揭示了西方职业指导理论发展的历史
趋势。
Theories of Career Guidance in developed countries have a long history of a hundred
years. Study on this developmental course of them is necessary for establishing our own theory.
This paper is to reveal the motivation and trends of theories of Career Guidance in the Western,
by the clue of the classic theories of Career Guidance, which is different from other relevant
