GPRS无线数据传输终端研究与设计

摘要
随着电力系统自动化技术的发展,电机与通信的结合日益紧密,数据监控方式也在发生着变化。传统的电机监控方式的监控者和被监控对象都是固定的,无论任何一端都无法随意移动;并且针对偏僻、偏远地域监控不容易实现。所以传统的的方式已经无法满足电力系统日益发展的要求。GPRS采用分组交换方式,仅在实际传送和接收数据时才占有无线资源,基于GPRS的无线传输系统能实现远程的无线数据传输,并且组网方便、灵活。随着Internet技术的推广和GPRS通信技术的发展,GPRS网络通信以其更加低廉的价格和永远在线的性能有着不可估量的发展前景。无线传输终端也在各行各业有着广泛的应用前景。
     本文首先介绍了GPRS技术的特点和应用,以及基于GPRS网络的传输协议,然后提出了一种基于GPRS的无线传输终端设计方案。基本思想是将GPRS传输终端经由GPRS网接入Internet网,实现数据终端与监控中心的数据交换。设计中选择采用内嵌了TCP/IP协议的Rabbit2000为控制模块,选用SIM100作为无线模块。Rabbit2000微处理器是美国Z-World公司专为面向Internet的嵌入式系统而设计的MCU,它很好地解决了存储空间、运行速度、网络通信以及程序开发的问题。
     文中给出了系统的硬件和软件设计。硬件包括控制单元的存储扩展,与模块的接口电路以及外围电路。软件设计采用Dynamic C语言编写,主要包括了两个部分,PPP协议及数据传输的实现,在实现数据传输的基础上,对UDP和TCP传输方式进行比较,选择适合电机远程监控的方案。
With the development of power system automation, the integration between motor and communication is increasing,the way of data monitor is also changing. The monitor target and monitor terminal of traditional motor monitor mode are fixed ,no one can free move. For lonely and remote place, monitor can't be realized easily, so traditional monitor mode has been unable to meet the needs of the development of power system automation. GPRS is based on Packet-switch, it only occupies wireless resource when there have data transfer and receive. Wireless data transmission system based on GPRS can realize long-distance data transmission, and this mode is very easy and flexible for combining network. With the popularity of Internet technology and development of GPRS communications technology, GPRS network communication with lower price and always-on performance has immeasurable developable foreground. Wireless data transmission also has widely application in the future.
     In this paper, the characteristic and application of GPRS technology and transport protocol of GPRS were introuduced at first, then a method of wireless data transmission based on GPRS was proposed. The system mainly realized GPRS data transmission connecting to Internet by GPRS and data exchange between data terminal and monitor center. In the firmware solution, A Rabbit2000 MCU with embedded TCP/IP software was selected as the control module, SIM100 was used as the wireless module. The Rabbit2000 MCU, which is designed by the American Z-World company, is specially designed for Internet embedded system. It's a good solution to the storage space, operating speed, network communication and program development issues.
     The hardware and software design for this system were introduced in this paper. The hardware design was composed of a memory extension of control unit, a interface circuit with wireless module and periphery circuit. Software design which was programmed by Dynamic C language, was composed of PPP protocol and data transmission. On the basis of realizing data transmission, The UDP and TCP mode were compared, and then appropriate remote motor monitor was selected.
