基于GPRS的远程配变监测系统设计

摘要
配电变压器是将电能直接分配给低压用户的电力设备,其运行数据是整个配电网基础数据的重要组成部分。在城乡电网中,随着社会进步、经济发展及人民生活水平的不断提高,用户对供电质量(如电压合格率、频率等)、供电可靠性的要求也越来越高。
     GPRS是通用分组无线业务的简称,是在现有GSM系统上发展出来的一种高效率,低成本的无线分组数据业务。本文介绍了通用分组无线业务GPRS的原理、网格结构、网络分层模型及其应用,并对GPRS的发展进行了展望。
     针对配变监测系统对数据传输的可靠性和实时性的要求,设计了一种基于GPRS远程无线通信的配变监测系统。该系统利用GPRS作为桥梁突破普通无线传输的瓶颈,具有传输速率高,数据吞吐量大等优点。这种新系统,实践证明可满足配变监测系统对数据传输可靠性和实时性的要求,方便了运行人员对配变负荷情况的及时掌握。
The distribution transformer is the power equipment that the directly distribute the electrical energy to the low voltage user. Its running data is the important constituent of foundation data in the entire distribution. network. The requirement of the user is more and more highly for the power supply quality (for example: voltage qualified rate, frequency and so on) and the power supply reliable in the city and countryside electrical network, along with the social progress, the economical development and the enhancement of the people's living standard.
     GPRS, General Packet Radio Sevice, is a new, high efficient and low cost radio statistics service developed from GSM. The principle, network structure, network hierarchical mode and application of GPRS are introduced in this thesis. And, its future development is forecast.
     Considering the requirement of data transmission reliability and real-time in distribution transformers, the remote monitoring system of distribution transformer based on GPRS is designed. It changes choke point of the communication transfer between the master station and terminal units. This new system characterizes by higer speed, greater data input/output and well satisfies the demands for reliability and real-time of the data communication. This system enables the operating staff to understand the distribution situation on time.
