摘要

目的:本文首次对韦司梅拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsisvismiae)次生代谢产物进行研究,从其大米固体发酵产物中分离得到两个新的艾里莫酚烷型倍半萜类化合物pestalocins A(1)和B(2),以及5个聚酮类化合物anhydrosclerotininsA(3)和B(4)、6-羟基芦荟大黄素(5)、山扁豆酸(6)和大黄素酸(7)。
Objective The secondary metabolites of Pestalotiopsis vismiae were investigated for the first time.Two new eremophilane sesquiterpenes,pestalocins A(1) and B(2),along with five known polyketides including anhydrosclerotinins A(3) and B(4),citreorosein(5),endocrocin(6),and emodic acid(7),were isolated from the culture product of P.vismiae on rice media.
