地氯雷他定联合玉屏风胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察地氯雷他定联合玉屏风胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2015年1月至2016年1月期间在我院治疗的70例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例患者。对照组患者采用单纯地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用玉屏风胶囊,观察两组患者临床治疗疗效。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者临床症状(瘙痒、风团数量、风团大小)评分均明显降低,与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者临床症状评分降低明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地氯雷他定联合玉屏风胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效显著,不良反应少,用药安全,值得在临床推广和应用。
Objective:To observe the loratadine joint jade screen capsule for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria clinical curative effect.Methods:retrospective analysis in January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 70 cases of clinical data of patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 patients in each group.Control group were treated by simply loratadine tablets treatment,on the basis of the observation group of patients in the control group therapy plus with the jade screen capsule,observe the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results:the clinical treatment of patients with efficient observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05):2 groups of patients after treatment of clinical symptoms(SAO is urticant,wind amount,wind group size) scores were significantly lower,compared with before treatment was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),the observation group of patients with clinical symptom scores lower significandy better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05):Observation group of patients with clinical symptoms disappear time significantly shorter than the control group,the quality of life score significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05):Observation group of patients clinical recurrence rates significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05):Observation group of patients incidence of adverse reactions compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:loratadine joint jade screen capsule has a good effect for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria,less adverse reactions,drug safety,and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
