摘要

中非战略合作伙伴关系的不断升级和"三网一化"等国家战略的提出,将中非产能合作不断提上新高度,以园区为载体的产能合作在落实国家走出去战略、提升对外开放水平、促进产业集群式走出去和助力企业扩张方面发挥了重要的作用。与此同时,园区本身也在发展过程中面临着政策与舆论环境不稳定、增长阻力大、他国园区争夺资源等挑战,寻求定位提升、功能升级、路径转变和效应扩散成为园区进一步整合资源、实现可持续快速增长的可行途径。
With the continuous upgrading of the Sino-African strategic partnership and the proposal of " the three networksand industrialization" national strategy,Sino-African Capacity Cooperation will be raised to a new level.The industrial parks as the carrier of capacity cooperation have played an important role in the process of implementing the go-global strategy,raising opening-up level,promoting industrial clusters to go abroad and assisting enterprise expansion.At the same time,the industrial parks development was challenged by the changeable policy and public opinion environment,the headwind for growth and the competition for resources with the parks from other economies.It is a feasible way of integrating resources and achieving sustainable rapid growth for the industrial parks to seek for the location improvement,the functional upgrading,the path transformation and the effect diffusion.
