摘要

引入志愿服务是公共图书馆可利用的重要资源,是宣传引导全民参与共建公共文化事业的有效途径之一。本文拟从志愿服务与图书馆服务的关系,引入志愿服务的意义及存在的问题三个方面进行阐述,进而探寻公共图书馆志愿服务体系建设。
Volunteer service is one of the important resources available for public libraries, and it's also one of the effective ways of guiding and convincing the public to engage in building the public culture. This article is going to discuss the problem of building the public library volunteer service system in three aspects: the relationship between the volunteer service and the library service, the meaning of introducing the volunteer service, and the problems during the introduction.
