摘要
目的:结合临床实践经验,探讨经尿道电切联合丝裂霉素膀胱热灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效,为今后治疗腺性膀胱炎提供参考依据。方法:选取2013年2月~2013年11月期间我院收治的腺性膀胱炎患者112例作为研究对象,采用对照研究,随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(56例)。观察组和对照组行尿道电切术后,对照组给予盐酸吡柔比星进行膀胱灌注治疗,观察组在此基础上给予丝裂霉素进行联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效。并应用SF-36量表对治疗后两组患者的生活质量进行比较,且通过调查问卷对两组患者满意度加以比较。结果:经过治疗两组患者症状均有一定程度改善,观察组患者治疗有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(83.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查,两组在生理机能、生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会职能、情感职能、精神健康等方面有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组患者生存质量明显高于对照组。通过对两组患者满意度调查发现,观察组的总满意度(96.88%)优于对照组(91.80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于腺性膀胱炎的治疗,在行尿道电切术后,应用丝裂霉素和盐酸吡柔比星进行联合治疗效果显著,且患者生活质量和满意度均较好,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective:Combined with clinical practice experience,this paper discusses transurethral electric heat cutting joint mitomycin bladder perfusion curative effect in treatment of glandular cystitis,provides the reference for the future treatment of glandular cystitis.Methods:Choose from February 2013 to November 2013 gland sex cystitis patients of our hospital during the period of 112 as the research object,USES the control study,were randomly divided into observation group(56 cases) and control group(56 cases).Observation group and control group lines of urethra cutting after surgery,the control group given actos hydrochloride soft than star bladder perfusion therapy,observation group based on the given mitomycin for combination therapy,comparing curative effect of two groups of patients.The SF- 36 scale were applied to compare the two groups after the patient's quality of life,and through the questionnaire to compare two groups of patients satisfaction.Results:After treatment of two groups of patients with symptoms were improved to a certain extent,the observation group of patients treatment efficiency(92.86%) than the control group(83.93%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Through the questionnaire and the two groups in physiological function,physiological functions,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health aspects of statistically significant(P < 0.05),patients survival quality of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group.By means of two groups of patients satisfaction survey found that observation group(96.88%) of total satisfaction is better than that of control group(91.80%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:For treatment of glandular cystitis,urethral cutting postoperative,application of mitomycin and hydrochloric acid to actos is soft than star combination therapy effect is remarkable,and better quality of life and satisfaction of patients,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
