用于细胞培养的数据采集系统设计

摘要
细胞培养技术是分子生物学和细胞生物学中重要的技术。本文设计了一种用于细胞培养时实时采集培养皿中细胞参数的微波系统,其主要由微波信号产生电路和电压采集电路组成。首先给出了总体方案和各部分的电路设计,然后在培养皿中加水,根据采集的数据绘在制了电压与水的蒸发量关系的曲线,并做了简要的分析。
Cell culture is one of the most important techniques in molecular biology and cell biology. A microwave system which is used to acquire the parameters of the cell culture in real time is designed in this paper. It is mainly composed of microwave signal generating circuit and voltage acquiring circuit. Firstly, the overall design of each part are given. And then the water is added in the culture dish. The curve of the relation between the voltage and the evaporation of water is drawn based on the collected data. Finally, a brief analysis is given.
