摘要
计算机网络技术的普及为视频监控系统联网提供了技术基础,大型的视频监控联网系统正在全国各地迅速地建设起来,虽然这些大型的监控联网系统千差万别,但它们有着一个最基本的共同特点:就是以计算机网络技术为基础,然而视频监控系统安全保障却被很多单位提上日程,目前采用视频监控、存储作为安全管理手段已经非常平普遍,包括平安城市、智能交通、司法监狱、金融安全监控、智能楼宇等各个关乎国计民生的行业领域。其中还不乏关系国家安全的重要部门。这些重要的视频资料都是具有高度保密价值的信息,一旦遭受非法窃取,后果不堪设想。
The popularity of the computer network technology for network video monitoring system provides the technical basis,large network video surveillance systems are all over the country rapidly building up,although these large surveillance network system vary widely,but they have a common feature in most basic:is take the computer network technology as the foundation.However,video surveillance system security was many units are provided on the agenda.Currently,the store surveillance video,as a means of safety management has been very peaceful times,including the city of peace,intelligent transportation,judicial prisons,financial security monitoring,intelligent buildings etc.various related to the national economy and the people's livelihood industries.There is also an important sector of national security relations.These important video information is highly confidential and valuable information,once suffered from illegal theft,consequences be unbearable to contemplate.
