基于双层微带结构的超宽带低损耗功分器

摘要
随着通信系统的高度集成化发展,对射频模块的功分器提出了更高要求,如低损耗、高隔离、宽频带等。本文提出一种基于双层微带结构的超宽带低损耗功率分配器,该结构采用双层微带结构和多级级联的四分之一波长传输线,形成封闭的腔体结构,提高了功分器的平面集成化,降低了辐射损耗,同时拓宽了带宽。利用HFSS软件进行仿真优化,结果表明,该功分器在2-18GHz范围内,分配和插入总损耗小于3.9d B,输入端口回波损耗大于15d B,输出端口间隔离度大于20d B。
With the rapid development of integrated communication systems, high performance such as low loss, high isolation and wide frequency band are required for the concerned passive devices. In this paper, an ultra-wideband low-loss power divider based on double-layer microstrip structure is proposed. The structure utilizes double-layer microstrip and multi-level cascaded quarter-wave transmission line, which forms a closed cavity structure, it not only improves the integration of the planar structure, but also avoids the radiation loss and widen the bandwidth. The simulation and optimization are carried out by the HFSS software accurately. The simulation results show that the distribution and insertion loss of the power divider is less than 3.85 d B, the return loss of the port is greater than 15 d B, and the output isolation is more than 20 d B.
