基于ADS的X波段微波通道场路联合仿真与设计

摘要
本文介绍了基于ADS的X波段微波通道场路联合仿真与设计方法。利用场仿真软件EMPro对PCB进行了优化设计,使其微波传输性能良好;运用路仿真软件ADS根据厂商提供相关器件参数对有源器件进行建模。把EMPro优化仿真结果导入ADS,实现场路联合仿真。根据优化设计结果进行实物加工,实验结果表明仿真分析与实测结果相吻合。
In this paper, the way of X-band microwave channel's field and circuit co-simulation and design on ADS is introduced. The PCB was optimized by field simulation software called EMPro to ensure better microwave transmission character, besides, the circuit simulation software called ADS modeled active devices with the manufacturer's related device parameters. The EMPro's simulation results via optimizing were imported in ADS to make the field and circuit co-simulation come true. The object was processed by optimized design results and the experimental result showed that simulation analysis was identical to test results.
