关于学前教育免费师范生就业意向的调查研究——以陕西师范大学为例

摘要

本研究运用问卷调查和访谈的方法,对陕西师范大学2010-2014届学前教育免费师范生的就业意向进行了调查和分析,研究发现:学前教育免费师范生对免师政策的满意度和信心度较高,影响学前教育免费师范生就业意向的因素很复杂,免费师范生政策在学前教育专业实施效果良好,但也有部分问题影响了政策初衷的实现,针对调查结果笔者也提出了若干建议以更好的在学前教育专业贯彻免费师范生政策,帮助学前教育免费师范生提高就业质量规避就业冲突。
This study applying questionnaire and interview,investigated and analyzed the employment intention of the 2010-2014 students,major in pre-education,of shaanxi normal university.The study found that:pre-education free normal students have higher degree of satisfaction and confidence towards the free normal policy,the influencing factors of the employment intentions of pre-education free normal students is complex,and in general,the effect of free normal policy to pre-education students is positive,but there are also some problems have negative effect on the implementation of free normal policies.The author also puts forward some feasible suggestions to better the free normal policy and help improving the quality of employment and avoiding conflict of employment.
